There are multiple reasons for me to consider this over Campus and Rainbow,
1. Even if allotted, max to max 100% listing gain will mean 15000 in those 2 mainline IPOs. Whereas it is more in absolute numbers here.
2. Chances of allotment are less in those 2 as 1 lot amount is small and most people avoid SMEs and that's why chances of allotment increase here in this one comparatively.
3. HNIs have restrictions in those 2, so they will come to this one.
There is no guarantee of listing gains as it will depend upon the market condition at the time of listing. LIC IPO may suck some liquidity from market during the listing of Le Merite and may adversely impact the listing. Also textile shares are under pressure during last and this week. Thus these risks shall be considered while applying, rest is upto eveyone's risk taking capacity.
@FD IS WORST It doesn't make difference. The shares are going to be allotted on price fixed by the company. If issue doesn't subscribe fully and the company reschedules it then it makes difference. You may tick cutoff price or leave it. I have replied according to my little knowledge.

@harish r This is a fixed priced issue and in HNI category it will be allotted on proportionate basis. How much worth shares are you comfortable with ? will answer how much you should apply. Ex. You want stock worth 5L and issue is subscribed say 10x You will need to apply [your comfort allotment for stock]*[expected subscription] I.e. 5L*10x = 50L
@harish r, @Suneel Padavala, Old HNI rule is applicable for 'Le Merite'. you can apply as much as you want upto 24 Cr. you will get proportionate allotment.

I hope it will be subscribed less as i kept funds for 15 -20 lots, but it actually may go much higher considering both main board IPOs have investment limitations. Let's see tomorrow...
