i sold at 226 once then bought again at 216 so indirectly i am still holding it with 12k extra profit due to intermediate sell/buy

@kundan: yes i will be holding this for long term but i may sell/buy in between again like i keep doing sometimes in some shares, to increase profit by intermediate buy high, sell low, as per my experience.
And i don't agree with this "Haven't seen any remarkable strong upside yet."

Share price is at 235 now which is 213% returns from issue price of 75 , 61% return from listing day LC price of 146 and 27% return from 6th april price of around 185 rs.

In below post, i posted my expectations of 220-230 price in 2-3 months but it already crossed that long back. Now it can come 280-300 in 2-3 months.

So it looks like your expectations are too high ( may be by seeing @Mravi sir bullish posts and his profits ;) :) )
In my opinion, above returns are very good for this much duration for any share. We can't always think of quick money and patience is needed most of the times.

I was expecting it to perform like paras (only the rally part) due to multiple reasons (self analyzed).
Everything is best, just missing the rally :)
Expectations from KN, Krishna & Ruchi is high only in long term.
Due to inexperience, panic and impatience exited Shigan and AWL very early.
I understand now that each share will have its own way of movement. Hence, holding for long term can be a safe option for an amateur like me...
I follow you all. Hence, try to keep track on your decisions and guidance :)

Uncle, apne 1 bindhi jyada laga di hai...ya aap lambi lambi chodte ho. 830 lot or 8300 lot ? The issue size was 48 crore....no one allowed to apply that much. your application will get rejected. I have applied fore 1500 lots.

Yes many big HNIs have applied multiple applications using family members and relatives accounts. Just like retailers who apply 15000 rs applications from multiple accounts. Yaha 15000 wale bhi baithe hai aur 150 crore wale bhi. So try to know the whole story before judging someone.. i remember similar incident happened in past when someone didn't believe M Ravi Sir application amount. And he was asked to share his application details. And he did share his application details. Rest is history.😅

U can see the block deals on the day of listing.
Or else check past ipos listing day bulk deals.

But the problem is Mr Anant Aggarwal sells huge quantity in Pre-Market which leads to lower listing price.

PKC first of all I am not uncle. I am just 24 years old. Secondly HNI were allowed to apply upto the amount of issue minus market maker portion.

Dharmendra i am glad you earned in BCG. I will soon share some suggestion. For now I am very bullish on SMC Global for long term. I see a target price of above 250 in 6-36 months. Company is doing very well and its very undervalued compared to peers. You can buy it if you have patience and can wait for long term. To be honest i dont think there is any stop loss for it right now. I am holding more than 1 million shares of SMC.

Rajendra ji yes I am Anant Aggarwal. You can see alot of bulk deals in my name or my dads name (Viney Parkash Aggarwal & Viney Parkash HUF)

Dowg if dont sell then its very difficult for me to take a exit from SME Companies because after 15-45 days volume is very less.

This could list around 90-100, my guess.
9 months growth seems good so as profit (if that were true stats), this may do well in short to long term. As I don't invest for listing pop, I will hold (this may or may not be right for you). Its up to you with your investment style.
