Though I would be immune to apply for an IPO in such a volatile market, and the uncertainties on account of demonetisation in the next qtrs... my personal opinion is that niche cos like Lauras are immune to such uncertainties & volatility to a large extent.

This is a strong R&D based co, which should find good traction in the market. And if look at other research based cos in market, Lauras shouldn''t go wrong.

If I apply for 2 lots and lets say issue is subscribed 1.20 times, will I be allocated 2 lots or 1 lot? In what scenario I may be allocated 2 lots?

This doesn''t work this way.. If oversubscribed you can get 0/1/2.. Its all your luck

You will get 2 lots only if retail category is undersubscribed QTYWISE, if it is oversubscribed by appwise, everybody will get only one lot

Its gain is must on listing .....but allotment is not sure .........now every expert is reco to apply .....sector Is pharma .....coy is on repid growth .cgr abt 40+.......apply apply try the luck may b lucky one if alloted .......

I think people are assuming 20% over priced because of employee discount.
Any good corporate company would consider this as an investment in their employees.
Given its peers it is fairly priced. SP Tulsian sirs opinion was neutral from the looks of it
