How about two stocks that will benefit from demonetisation:
1. Forbes Company - The subsidary Forbes Technosys Limited is into manufacturing devices like POS Machines, Note Counting Machines, ATM machines, etc. Basically a lot of things will be needed to change as per note changes. Clients include major PSU and private banks like SBI, HDFC Bank. Just imagine HDFC placing order to change their note counting machines across all branches to FTL? Isn''t this a huge opportunity?

2. Aurion Pro Solutions- This company is into cybersecurity and has released its US based product in India. Cyber security is the major talked about topic for all online companies be it a bank or be it an e-commerce site. Not a lot of cyber security establisted players other that Quick heal are listed. And this is one black horse that can ride your money way up.

TVS elec has run up quite a bit from the 90 levels so i doubt there is anything left on the table until the numbers of the next quarter come out.

On the other hand forbes has remained in a tight range around 2100 with high delivery percentage of approx 80%. I feel it is a matter of time market realizes about its subsidiary FTL and re-rating is on the cards. Forbes Technosys had a turnover of around 325 crore last year compared to TVS of 600 crore. So it is a no-brainer. Approx 20% upside from the current levels is expected.

Wep Solutions is also one of the beneficiary of demonetisation, GST, It is shortlisted company for GST Suvidha Network which will boost it''s growth. Huge accumulation by investors seen since 1 week in this counter. it is now available at very cheap @39. 1 year target is 100+

After 5 day back to back fall we may see some green shoot out today backed by hangseng and shanghai composite...

icici pruli life is maintaining very high delivery percentage since long time but the stock is not going beyond 326 what can be the reason. however the trading volume has increased substantialy for the past few days.

Dear all, I would like to open demat and online trading account for my mother. She is a senior citizen and having valid PAN and aadhar card. But she is using thumb impression for cash withdrawal and cash deposit.
I have enquired about opening online trading account those using thumb impression. But every body is clueless about this case. Please suggest.

I have taken a big position present Laurus we all know it is API FDA and ingredient Pharma company. however i am more interested still in its ANDA application and Laurus Synthesis Inc which will in future produce high value oncology treatment FDA generic in USA which will very good. This IPO is first step towards this as a listed company it get more weightage.

So future looks good if 3 to 5 years milestone goals are achieved this will be big wealth creator

Septa sir any view on housing finance companies like Indiabulls dhfl and finance companies like ujjivan equitas ..... Since they have corrected significantly can one take positions ?

Claris Lifesciences sell its injectables business to Baxter which waist pipeline so not a big surprise i had recommend this few months back price has jumped big time can this increase again or we need to book profit.

let analysis
1.Baxter International Inc.will pay $625 million or about Rs4,200 crore for its injectable subsidiary
2.Claris opened with a gain of 20% last Friday but closed with a mere 0.5% gain.
3.Do note that Claris’s share has risen 42% from a month ago and is up 2.7 times since 1 April
4. IMO Concerns about the deal getting affected by regulatory issues was the reason for drop after hitting UC which i find very fishing
5. Debt as of 30 September on its consolidated balance sheet was Rs530 crore. Repaying all that will leave it with Rs3,670 crore from this deal
6. however after the sale nothing much is left there is very little left after this business is sold so it will be like a shell company with half a billion cash yes half a billion cash
conclusion what will the management do with that kind of cash in balance sheet presently promoters and FIIS hold close to 80% of the company which is good so force TO will be hard.

at 340 CL MC is approx 1800 cr and this cash deal will give a company 3600 cr

so i will not sell will wait for what management will do the windfall of cash either big dividend or some TO btw good see another upside of 50% if regularity issue is fixed

Also this takeover will good on another stock which i had recommended caplin point who are in the same business
