Yeah it''s always easy to blame others be it SEBI or govt for our own mistake.Retail Investors should always do their due diligence before investing their money in any forms of investment.We will lose our money if we invest blindly.Lets accept our mistake and learn lessons from it,there is no point in blaming others.

If sigachi can list with 250 percent premium then why latent can not list with 250 percent premium ..as latent is far better than sigachi in terms of subscription as well as co.

@KDKing, I think due to today''s fall in the market especially on the day of expiry, Latentview will not even breakeven for HNIs... I am not expecting it to list at 500+ levels bcs sentiment is spoilt now!
Comparing sigachi and latentview is not right bcz sigachi is a T group ipo with such a small float that it can be easily manipulated and such stocks will UC/LC for few days or even few weeks.. latentview is much bigger IPO and will not do UCs after listing.. or LCs too

yes, good idea @KdKing if it lists at 500 per share, you will need to sell only 30 and if it lists at 600 per share, you will need to sell only 25... so in both cases, you will have a good amt left..

actually loan was not costly... HNI Subscription was way beyond imagination..
My calculation was taking that loan to get allotment of 200 shares (400x was my base scenario, 550x was my worst scenario) I did not expect it to go almost 900 times... due to this, instead of 200 shares for that interest, I got just 117 shares for that much interest.. hence my interest cost went up from 180/share to 330/share and I ended up having 117 shares at total cost 525 per share....!

That being said, I feel only such ipos with GMP > 50% and Issue subscription < 200x should be considered for HNI Funding at more den or equal to 10% (examples are nykaa, sigachi, dodla, ami)

GMP came down from 370-80 to 310 due to Paytm weak listing ...hope it recovers till Listing

Hope GMP crashes, so all can buy in preopen...crash means from 370 to 70 odd .
