My sister was alloted the ipo and she wants to gift me these shares. (as I can sell them taxfree as my income is below 2.5lkhs) As it''ll take around 2-3 days after lisitng to get them into my account. So will I have to face any loss in these 3 4 days? as in stock goes down after listing? (in this case it would''nt it be better to ask sister to sell and pay 15%STGC??) Also could anyone please tell me Latent View ''ISIN CODE''. Also please advice what should I do sell from sis acc and pay tax or transfer to my acc and book profit wihout tax or simply hold for 1 2months.
