I applied with one upi. But didn''t receive mendate. then I cancelled and reapplied and received and approved mendate. But, then I received one more mendate request. Now my concern is, did i approved the mendate of cancelled application?

Last day to apply. So I apply is there any chance to get allotment? As I was said earlier chances of allotment for this IPO is very less. If I apply in the last day what are the chances? Experts please advise.

already 1 hour is done, but the UPI mandate is not coming in phonepe app.

Bhai koi bata do ki IPO kaise milta hai. Yeh shayad 27th IPO hai jisme me apply karne wala hu par aaj tak kuch na Mila. Na to UPI se Mila na ASBA SBI se. Mujhe to wo IPO bhi na Mila Jo retail me 3 time subscribe hua tha. Kya apply karna hi band Kar du.?

Need some expert advice here.
First time applying as HNI...have been applying in retail quota for earlier quota (not much luck though)
Can you please guide how much is the minimum bid to be qualified as HNI?
Was thinking of 15 lots of 76 x 197 = 224580.
Will this be a correct application?
If there has been an earlier thread on this topic kindly post the link.

Hence, Rs. 210 crores (35%) is reserved for Retail.
Number applications required for 100% subscription : 1,40,261 (210,00,00,000/14,972)
Number of times subscribed according to given data : 69.56 times
Probable number of applications till now : 97,56,555 (1,40,261 X 69.56)
Even there are some applications for multiple lots, there has to be around 90 lakh applications.
Is it true?

If money from Nykaa Hni subscription is not invested in Paytm or Sapphire it will definitely come to Latent.
Roughly it will be:
Nykaa total ipo Rs. 5351.92 cr, 15% was NII, that comes to Rs. 802.788cr, NII oversubscribed 112.02, so hni invested Rs. 802.788*112.02 = Rs 89928.31 chores.

Latent total ipo is Rs. 600 cr, 15% NII comes to Rs. 90 cr .
If Nykaa hni money comes here, it can oversubscribe Latent hni quota by 999.2 times (89928÷90). So my hni friends, Latent hni oversubscription figure can reach & beat even Paras Defense figures. Comments are welcome on this calculation guess.

This does not work like this way. HNI works based on the GMP premium.If the subscription will be 1000 times then GMP for 10%interest comes around 380,which the HNI can''t afford .

few things here... NYKAA is a household name... People have applied blindly... Falguni Nayar is a known person in the industry.. Katrina is the brand ambassador.. Issue size being big had something for everyone... is in eCommerce industry where there are very few options if none (Nykaa jaisa koi nahi)

Coming to latent_view, before this ipo page opened, most of us would never have heard the name.. much smaller issue size (1/9th of Nykaa) hence many ppl know beyond 300x, it''s worthless for them to apply hence they will rather go for TARZAN (tarsons) many conservative HNIs won''t enter bcz of new name/new company

3rd Party ASBA me toh mila hai mujhe but heard many times ki 3rd party UPI payment are rejected.

I was planning to test what you said in the last,
"try third party UPI in any IPO having lesser subscription in retail just for trying purpose".

Also, do you have any link for this,

I''ve applied 5 application by 3rd party upi in Sansera Engineering from same bank account. Got allotment in 3 applications and interestingly amount is not debited yet for all three allotments.

In total .. applied 21 applications... spread over 3 day period at random times.. let''s see if this strategy works to get allotment.
Earlier i use to apply in batches of 5...

On a lighter note, next time ek pandit Ji ko bhi puch kar muhurat nikalwa lena apply karne k lie, abhi bhi na mile to 😊

Hi the terms & conditions for this IPO are as follow

Days - 7 day interest (Nykaa was 8 due to Holiday, Paras 7 days)

RoI - 10% p.a. (Nykaa was 13% bcs unprecedented demand seen HNI quota subscription was ~90000 crores, Paras was 8%)

Margin - 0.25% or 400x (Nykaa was 1% or 100x, Paras was 0.2%)

All in all, their analysis pretty much says that Latent going way above 400x 🚀🚀🚀

How to apply in HNI category . Can anyone suggest?

I have appplied through BOB ASBA in the name my 3 family members. Today I have received a message from BSE showing 2 BID ID in all three applications, whereas I have applied once only.
The amount is also blocked once only.
Now what should I do, whether all applications can be rejected?
Please advise.

Sometimes that happens, its BSE glitch.
But dont worry. I have got allotment in past in the same situation.

The sms doesn''t come everytime. If the amount is blocked, then shouldn''t be an issue. You can check your application on the exchange website as well.
