In HNI Category allotment r little different so except one thing which is if apply hni category and applied for 110lots, In HNI category total subscription over 110 times than most probably u got 1 lot at least. In this case as of now total subscription 55times and we assume that it goes to 100times so most of Preferable condition to u is apply from one account with 110lots at least u got one lot for sure.

I am expressing a contrarian view here, which many may disagree with.
Would like to know views opposing my view-point.

Generally the problem for us small retail investors is multiple IPOs overlap and hence we are not able to deploy adequate capital.

If IPOs are chained in such a way that release of funds from previous IPO coincides with last date of current IPO then that would be an ideal situation. But with 100 IPOs lined up before March-2022, this is not possible.

So overlap is unavoidable. In such case if last date of multiple IPOs is on same date, then investors can see the subscription figures across all these IPOs & decide which one to go for.

If we take e.g. of current IPOs PayTM, Sapphire & Latent, all expired on different days. PayTM & Sapphire could not get enough subscription because many thought they would keep funds for Latent. Now if Latent goes beyond 500x today then we would hardly get any bang for the buck. If PayTM & Sapphire had expired today then investors could have shifted their funds to these IPOs.

Do you guys agree?

I agree, ONLY IF so many IPOs are lined up in such a way that they couldn''t be spaced up for the retailers / HNI to apply one by one.

instead of spacing out IPO SEBI should close QIB and HNI on 2nd Day itself. Allow 3 rd. day exclusive for Retail.

(1) There is enough money (i.e. liquidity) in primary market which is quite clear by the level of over-subscription seen even in large size issues. Investors as well as Companies have their own decision making and let us not under-estimate them. IMO, Regulatory guidelines are totally un-necessary regarding IPO dates / period.

(2) My one more suggestion would be that the the last day ASBA closing time for all banks should be uniform i.e. 5 p.m. which presently is 2 p.m.(or 3 p.m.) in many Banks including SBI. Because QIB/NII mostly apply last day, between 2 to 5 pm, it wiil be a great help to Retail Investors if all banks mandatorily allow ASBA application upto 5 p.m.

no you can''t open huf with daughter. but there is also son is not compusory.
you can open huf with name of only husband & wife, too.

huf account can be opened with family.,
there is no need of required of son in process of opening huf
even one should form huf on the day of marriage itself
