With Landmark cars coming with their IPO, lets share their after sales services.

I had bought Honda Amaze from Landmark in March 2013 when it was launched. I had two bad experience from Landmark in after sales service. Once in 2015 so I stop taking AMC from Landmark and never visited there for my car service. Recently in 2021, I took AMC after they approach multiple times to me and assured best service of my car. But again had same bad experience and feel cheated as I took AMC worth 18k and also paid 6k for extra work for AC work. After service AC work is not at the satisfaction level and also to my surprise got receipt worth around of Rs.3k only. Tried multiple times to approach there but all in vain.
So finally I decide not to approach Landmark for car service in future.

As far as IPO, I don't see any attraction or any reason to apply. Since major portion of IPO is OFS and were in loss in '19 and '20. Also pre IPO promotor holding is around 60% and it will reduce post IPO. I am not confident for this IPO.

But again let the price band to be decided and will see that point time.

Lekin kharab share exit nahi dega

Jo log car trade, paytm, GLS windlass biotech jaise ipo liye aur ruk gaye ki profit hoga agey
Abhi ap dekh sakte ho kahan pe hai.

Dude we don't even apply these IPOs. For IPO you need minimum these below mentioned things to get allotment in each IPO including SME . Listing gain comes latter.

1. Min 20 Demat Accounts
2. Min 4 Cr

Well there are many other suggestion by other members. But I have not missed any good IPO which I anticipated for in last few years.

मतलब आप सिर्फ मार्केट में लॉस ढूंढते हैं। बधाई हो आपकी कामयाबी पर क्यों की लेटेस्ट में ही global health, five star, keystone, paradeep, delhivery और भी बहुत सारे आपको मिल जाते क्योंकि रिटेल भरा नहीं था या बहुत मामूली सब्सक्राइब हुआ।
पर फिर भी गलती तो बाजार की ही है।

Against total negative comments about Landmark Cars IPO, the only plus point I can see is that they are dealers of marquee car brands like Mercedes, VW, Honda, Renault, Jeep etc. Only the price band will decide whether the issue can sail through.
