Dear Lokes sir & other expert Please guide & suggest Which one good Labelkraft or Quality foils ? Good to apply both if funds available? Any chance for negative listing
HNI interested in Quality foils (they have enough funds to go with better quality) Retail interested in Labelkraft (they don't have enough fund to grab quality foils, so trying Lablekraft)
Retailers will get major portion in Lablekraft in allotment, with high valuation, it will become risky.
can't say about listing gain/loss as all depends on market conditions & operators.

I am skipping labelkraft and applying in both global surfaces and quality foils only.... labelkraft is newly incorporated and asking high valuations for now, later it may perform good if upcoming results are better after capacity expansion, but in short term, it may go anywhere so i am not taking risk, other can decide as per their thinking....

Not a good listing in labelkraft as per subscriptions and LM name....most of the time, company financials/business/fundamentals matters more than LM name.....
@Lokes bhai, See comment 103. The financials after take over of proprietorship seems decent. Now how the promoters run the business i.e. shift the business in entirety to company or keep something outside needs to seen. I think the stock should get a move.

@sanchit: yes i am aware about that.....but now, how newly incorporated company will perform in future, that will matter more as i mentioned in earlier comment also....for short term movement in share price, older numbers won't matter much in my opinion....mid to long term holding may be beneficial here but tough to say how it will move in next 1-2 months around...
Sanchit.. All buinessess of propriety concern including orders have been taken over by newly incorporated company. Daughter of promoter is a CA, she has previously worked with PwC (one of big 4) company. The business is in hands of Jains. A very respected business community.
In SME segment, even the financials/business/fundamentals don't work. If those would have some value, then, shares like Chaman, Earthstahl and Baheti would not have crashed so much. The thing which matters here the most is the game plan of operators. They can easily manipulate the share price in any direction they wish to. Other reason is the increased involvement of short term investors/traders in the SME segment nowadays who want to earn money in a very short term. The market makers can make the impact too in a positive direction but they don't care much about the share price after the listing because they are not at the receiving end when the share prices start to fall. The business/fundamentals/financials come into picture after 4-5 months of listing but during that time, the share prices take enough beating that the innocent investors generally get off with loss in their hands.

@ajay: ya agree, but in comparison to LM impact, those financial/business matters more is what i meant, as i keep hearing this hem thing so...and yes operator can play major role most of the times in short term, and then results have main role, since in sme's, generally we have very less news or info to discuss about or which can have meaningful impact on share prices

Unusually colourless listing of Systango in comparison to reputation of Hem. Here also, GMP going down, very high valuations. Will be interesting to see how HNIs subscribe to this small size IPO.

I am NOY applying. I feel sheer waste of Money. with Turnover in Lacs and Profit of Rs.4 lacs. I am sure, scores of our Investors will be making more money every year on IPOs itself than this Company, leave alone secondary marketinvestments. With decent turnover and Profit making Companies are trading below Issue Price. Issue is small, price manipulation may be there at the time of listing. But as an IPO subscriber, I don’t want to take this risk.
@ssingh sir......secondary market mein kaunse shares sahi hai investment ke liye?

A very small size IPO and subscription figures not so encouraging. Shows the downfall in confidence level of Hem followers. Naturally, the regular fall in recently listed Hem IPOs is taking its toll on the reputation of Hem Securities. Hem should take a break from new assignments and focus on its existing children.
I fail to understand that why Proprietorship concern is not taken while calculating the valuations. Or am I misreading something? Please guide whether to consider the Proprietorship figures for applying or not.
Considering the PAT of proprietor business PE comes around 13 actually. I don't know why he has posted it considering just the 52 days and showing it has 65pe. Same thing in quality foils also where extraordinary/exceptional item is taken and showing it has 5pe instead of 11pe. Totally misleading .i hope dilip sir takes this into account or atleast gives a note so that those who didn't read the prospectus will come to know.
