If L & T Technology Services manages with 2.5/3.5 times over subscription, Registrar should be able to complete allotment process at a faster pace and listing will be sooner than expected . My wild guess

Till now there is no sizable subscription from QIB and NII. The IPO may subscribe 2 to 3 times overall. It is going to be very lackluster listing going by the subscription figure till now..

Clear avoid.
