5-10yrs to create a phenomenal growth story just like infosys or wipro or TCS???? PLEASE REPLY.......

Dear Growth Investor, I believe the time of the kind of growth that infosys, wipro or TCS have seen is gone. The market is saturated and scope of growth is less. The growth of IT companies has plateaued. So its unreasonable to expect past growth figures in any of the IT companies. However, there is nothing wrong in holding such companies for the long term. As far as L&T infotech is concerned, it has problems regarding diversification of its business and hence it may impact its earnings. Dont know the future plans of this company but then it can be fairly assumed that the company would like to diversify its region wise presence in the world and hence could see some positive impact on its earnings which may be better than the big players in its field. Hence, if u get an allotment in the IPO, it is recommended that u should hold it for long term. However, use ur own discretion in doing the same. The view is purely personal and u have to make ur own balanced judgement on what to do.

Nowadays nse website bidding form downloaded pre-print , also brokers sends pdf completely so no need to worry 710 or 700 , it seems 700 cut off is correct.

There is a retail discount of Rs 10, so how I need to apply. usually I apply at cut off price. So, do I need to apply at 710-10=700 or still at the cut off price. Please let me know how this discount thing works?

Apply at cut off. Better be safe than sorry. 710 only.

With Rs 56 EPS for FY 16. P/E Works out 12.5. i think it reasonably cheap. Infy & TCS @ P/E OF 20. HCL & WIPRO @ P/E of 17. Even Mindtree @P/E of 15-16. i Guess there is a case for higher multiple considering top class management. CEO of L & T Infotech is Ex-Infy. Surly there is upside of at least 15 %. Also size of issue is large & hence we can have more then one lot which will give more profits. even at 20 share /lot , profit of 2100-2500 is very much possible.

The issue can be bought and held on to for a reasonable period of time. However, we must factor in the headwinds that IT sector is facing in the short term due to BREXIT. Also, issue of H1B visa in USA is becoming major controversy due to US presidential campaign( read Donald Trump tirades). We must remember that L&T gets almost 86.5% of its revenue from North America (US n Canada) and Europe. L&T infotech is a very small player in the IT industry and how well it will be able to manage the crisis is a bit doubt full. Investors must weigh in all the factors before applying. I would most probably apply. Let''''s see. Yet to make my mind.

SO Mr Trump will not be able do much , This is only an election campaign

Not very sure what to do with this IPO. I think its better to skip this one on account of negative wind that blowing for IT sector as a whole. Will wait till time of opening of issue to decide what to do in this.

Very much higly fixed premium Rs.710/-for face value of Rs.1.00/share decided by company, means, Rs.7100 premium/share face value of Rs.10.00.
I hereby suggest to GoI, Fin.Ministry, withdraw power of fixing premium from company. Old policy, to decide fixed premium by CCI ( MoF), GoI, Otherwise Investor will loss their money with risk after listing period in volatility. STRONGLY SUGGETION WITHDRAW POWER FOR FIXED PREMIUM COMPANY HISELF.
