There does not seem to be much hype surrounding this IPO. There are valuation concerns, management issues, business concentration risks, Sectoral issues etc. After stellar listing gains in recent past IPOs , whether this IPO will disappoint? Worst case scenario, will it in fact be quoted at a discount after listing? p/e of some 50 Indian IT companies is available in this link. http://www.indiainfoline.com/marketstatistics/pe-ratios/it-software. The IPO bidding price for retail is Rs.700 at cut off. Taking the latest available EPS the p/e works out to 12.65 for this company. This appears to be reasonable considering the market valuation of peers. The latest interview with the management as it appeared in Money control gives some level of comfort. So, successful bidders can expect a small premium on listing. Positive factor would be continuing FII flows and consequent Bull Run thanks to BREXIT!

Yes I agree Eagleye but if ipo is reasonably priced then we can expect 750000 application, so retail subscription on the basis of no. Of application will be 1100 Cr. Retail portion is 35 percent I.e. 140 Cr. I.e. 8x so chances of allotment will be low

Whenever Link Intime is the registrar, I don''t get shares allotted (When I decide to apply for any IPO I do it 4 accounts not just from 1 account) but if the register is Karvy I get shares allotted (atleast in some accounts). This has happened not once but for all the IPO''s managed by Link Intime.
I know that shares are allotted in lottery process but how come I never get shares allotted if it is link intime & get allotted if it is Karvy. So fishy !!!

can i submit ipo application in individual name and also in joint name with two different demat accounts but there will be common primary applicant with same pan numbers.

Primary applicant name should be different, other wise both will get rejected.
