to this IPO we all boarders in this forum as a mark of respect to your descion will boycott this IPO ( This should teach this company a lesson for leaving nothing in the table for investors). :-))

I am surprised by you saying its a good co. Have you even worked in this pathetic co? R u even aware how many Sr. mgmt has change in past 5 yrs, no mgmt vision or person to accomplish anything.

IPO is the only route for Mr. Naik to sell this co, in 1 year you will see that.

If you are in IT industry and not switching job within 3 years then you are loosing career growth.
It is good Mr. Naik is going to sell this company after one year. Obviously he will ask higher price than IPO price (Rs. 710). Investors will see sudden jump in price on that day (even on news also). Small investors will make good money on that day.
