this one was big issue was over subscribed many time from memory 30 times plus also it was one big IPO scam a group a smart operator open close to 6500 bank accounts demat account Those days PAN was not mandatory After this scam PAN was made Mandatory. I am still holding have added more over the years after financial crisis i thought YES bank will disappear however it went up from lows for 208 crisis

also i got notice from SEBI bcoz i had applied in few accounts with same address had to send statutory declaration forms and bank statement to prove all r genuine person....

Why there is no employee quota in L&T infotech ??? They have huge employee base ... Really i am not able to find any valid reason ... Experienced boarders plz help...

In it company employees awarded free shares generally.

A. It is an OFS by the promoter company at a premium. B. There is quite a large outstanding ESOP which will be utilized only after liquidity is provided post listing.

What is the retail subscription application wise...Kindly update guys/gals

Few people habits of fighting with other and some fools habits of dragging others in their fighting.IMO such fools enjoy it for time passes .investors want to earn few thousand bucks not to see fools fighting.

There are many marketing guys around , who want an particularly IPO issue to sail through , and when we give negative opinion , on IPO they will tray to betray us so how or the other , Hence now a days i have stopped writing , to avoid controversy

I assume the retail over subscription may be in the range of 11 - 18 times eventually.

Please keep in mind the response of L&T finance which gave loss to every one in IPO listing .and we had to wait till one year .

Gud numbers from QIB. This is a very good signal.

Apply for the listing gains.

Any how the issue is subscribed , The LM can close the issue today itself and allocate unsubscribed of HNIs to Retail and QIB in the proportion applicable . I donot know why HNi borrow money and apply to get minimum shares . By doing so finalization can be done early and listing early. But only losers are the Registrars if their fees are based on number of applications processed.

Friends apply for listing gain as market and the latest IPO performance is excellent.
