Although profits warning from infosys dents the any good listing of l&t info. But still listing can be expected near 730/740 types and low of 695 can''t rules out

When L&T WAS AT RS 1125 , I had given an target of Rs 1200 , and stop loss of Rs 1050 , but one of the so called expert had raised comments on L&T and said TCS and INfy are better scripts , I said due to the comments from so called expert i did not raise an more targets of the scrip
today L&T is trading at Rs 1600 , It can reach its all time high of Rs 1888 subject to BSE INDEX GOING up L&T graph as on today shows an level of Rs 1636 and if 1636 is breached it may go to 1832
with the below news if the IPO GOES THROUGH OF L&T TECHNOLOGY MORE up side can be seen but , again my poor nifty and Bse should also perform well


New Delhi, July 17 (ANI): Diversified group L&T''s technology services unit has filed draft prospectus with Sebi for a public offer to raise an estimated Rs. 1,000 crore.

Close on the heels of the successful Rs. 1,243-crore LandT Infotech IPO, Larsen and Toubro is likely to sell up to 15 percent stake in L&T Technology Services.

The offer would comprise an offer for sale of up to 1.04 crore equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each by Larsen and Toubro.

As per sources, the share sale at a premium could amount to around Rs. 1,000 crore.

"The Board of Directors of the company has decided to participate in the offer for sale of equity shares by way of initial public offering by L&T Technology Services Limited,'' said the company in a BSE filing.

LandT proposes to sell up to 15 percent of equity shares held in the company through IPO, it added, but did not give any further details on pricing and size of the issue.

Besides parent Larsen and Toubro, L&T Finance Holdings is also listed while LandT Infotech''s IPO closed with nearly 12 times oversubscription on Wednesday. (ANI)

purely on risk i may not recommend to buy at this levels as some brokers have an target of Rs 1632 to rs 1650 it may face resistance up to Rs 1550 - rs 1525 Rs 1500 and lower levels of Rs 1400 , if Rs 1500 is breached

kal subah 6 baje allotment aa jayega dekha lena sab log usse pahele nahi aane vala allotment so dont waste time

Since last 4 IPOs, Linking-time is not allotting any IPO to me. Earlier it used be that I have applied for even 1 lot and got allocated even it the subscription in retail side is more than 4 times or 6 times.

Is there any criteria for allocating the IPOs ?
I am also trying to locate it on SEBI website.

This time I have applied for 7 lots in L & T lets see if I get any shares.
I am very optimistic on this IPO and this will help L & T as well in longer run. Now L &T has different arms and it will improve the concentration on a single business by different management for each company.

Like, it happened with TCS for tata group. Since when it has listed in the market, it is growing like anything and now it is a cash cow for Tata group.
