Does amount really matter in IPO these days as I remember earlier it was all those who applied for 2lacs would get first preference...can someone please confirm this...thanks

No amount does not matter with the new process. If you think or see that the IPO is subscribed more than 1x application wise, its better to apply for only 1 lot.

Amount doesn''t matter ... Its allocated vs requested ratio irrespective of amount. I believe it was done to encourage equal participation from small investors

The music continues for me with Linkintime... Again i got NADA shares in L&T IPO

I had applied for L & T Infotech IPO Through PNB net banking. My amount is still blocked. But while checking allotment status it is showing as NO RECORDS FOUND. Anyone is facing the same problem ?

I had applied for 280 shares@cut off on linkInTime I can see 0 allocation !!! where can I confirm?
I am keen on applying for adv enzyme what is the best way forward?

I was lucky seems , applied 80 and got 70 shares allotted.. i will hold it for long.. if it doubles quickly would sell 35 and rest would be free..for my rest of my life.. L&T infotech has sound fundamentals..

Got 2 out of 3 lot...when is the listing ? today or tmrw ?

Query - I operate on my mom''s account (ICICI direct) from Japan, had applied for Mahangar Gas (1 lot), Quees Corp (2 lot) and L&T infotech IPS (140 shares) but did not get any allotment, though saw lot of people mentioning LinkTime as the reason, I was wondering if IP address from Japan is the reason for me ?

On a lighter note, Pokemon Go company nintendo''s market cap has doubled ( more than sony now) - are they not coming with IPO in India :)

I can assure the IP address doesn''t have any impact on allotment of IPO. You can operate from anywhere around the world. It is short of bad luck. I am in India and using Indian IP address but didn''t get a single lot in last four IPO .
