I dont want to break your heart... but believe me, this share is another MOIL(the only difference is that the MOIL was a govt company).

This will surely list in discount and those who have applied should exit from this scrip as soon as possible to minimise the loss. Since allotment per application is around 353 shares even if it list at rs.3/- discount loss will be a nominal Rs.1000/= per 2 lac application which can easily be covered in any other good ipo/fpo/bond issue .

but if u keep this share with u for long term than slowly but ultimately this scrip will show you a price of less than rs. 40 in long term (if not in short term).

WILL LIST ABOVE 59 EVERY ONE WHO IS TELLING TO SELL IN G MARKET ARE MAKING INVESTORS FOOL.... DON'T SELL BELLOW 59 RS

today the stop loss was triggered and all the follower went in loss the rate went down and went up it was the game of the operators who shorted it and trapped the investors who are following experts
pl donot invest your money in grade 1 or grade 2 ipo with 2 lakhs play up to rs 10000 to rs 20000 only in ipo
invest heavily in grade 4 and grade 5 ipo and keep an track on the advice of people take an summary of the ideas and then only invest

L&T Finance Holdings Limited IPO i have never seen such funny investors they invest at rate rs 59 and when it is given at rs 52 they want to withdraw the application only because some body says grey market premium is negitive from where they got negitive rate pl tell the site or the phone of the grey market operator
also some operator is involved in this forum who is creating scare to withdraw the application
atlast it is your money so do what you want

If u ppl read the draft prospectus of this company with SEBI, then you will not invest in this IPO.

This company's promoter are involved in lots of CRIMINAL CASES.
Further all the Grp companies are in huge losses.
They are trying to fill losses with our investment.

yes if your advice is good all the board members say i am happy with it but one point i failed to under stand if you are good advisor as all say and i partally agree with it then what made you apply in the vasvani issue sudenly at 5 or 4 pm that means you are not that good at advice, since the issue was subcribed and qrey market premium was more you rushed to apply and got trapped along with others
advice people before the qib subcribe about the ipo i and all will be happy still iam an very small person in this forum
pl advice people correctly as SEBI rules say applicat name, address signature, demat ,pan number and applicant signatiure is required for submission of complant ,scan copy can be submitted by email or fax the complaint

SEBI is in no mood to agree the withdrawal of hni as also you have withdraw the application along with other retail investors
fax send by email does not have application number name and demat account and signature of applicant pan number
and number of share alloted so it it is rejeted
next time be prepaired for proper format to be send to sebi
pl refer to ipo rules before making an coments to board members

should i apply for 2 full applications of Shriram NCD?

With the current turmoil in US Market (down 4.0%) chances are bleek that LT FIN IPO will open at any premium... I feel at the max 53-54.. better to buy it from the market at lower price... however very good bet for long term investors..

listing will tell who is wrong and who is right.

disclosure - i got 2600 shares

I fell that the isue is not worth applying
last day it is not possiable to apply at 1400 hrs as most of the on line brokers cut of time is 1400 hrs
the same qib apply after 14.00 and at 1600 hrs the issue seem to have good responce most of the public cannot apply
