i assume there will be no blockbluster listing in this issue though it is likely to be oversubcribed more than 30 times,may good for long term.price may double in 6 month if issue price is fixed around 58

A person can apply for both the categories.No doubt regarding shareholder eligibilty.It is 15th July 100 percent confirm.

If anyone have any idea about how I can apply my eligible shares under L&T shareholders category. Is there is any application form sent by the company in which these application can be made during the IPO period. Also share your knowledge on whether I can apply as a Retail investor in this IPO separately. Please tell me about your valuable information on this. Also I would like to know whether I can apply through online application route in this IPO for both Shareholder and Retail category. Please enlighten me on these issues.

2)50 cr employee reservation
3)125 cr reservation to L&T share holders
4)2 rs discount will be given to employees & shareholders.
5)Eligible shareholders are those who hold shares on 15th July which is the date of filing RHP

hello everybody, can anybody tell that in what ratio the existing share holders of L&T will get the share of L&T finance holding i.e if i have 10 shares of L&T than how many share i will get of L&T finance holding. Secondly can i applied in both retail and reservation quota.Finally can i apply through ASBA in both retail and reservation category.
