Gretex MM ran away on Day 1. What in the world? Loss < Underwriting fees. Assuming Underwriting as 60% of Other Exp of 2.97 cr = 1.78 crore underwriting fees.
Loss to MM 1.43 crore.
Fair Deal?
What an open loot to all investors!

Rented premises is the reason for not applying in this IPO.
After the flop listing I don't think further SME IPOs would be subscribed with such hype. If the subscription is high the chances of allotment are low, and if the subscription is low then chances of discount listing are high, why to take unnecessary risk if you are not long term investor, much better opportunity in secondary market. Also the sheer amount of SME IPOs show that market is at peak and is due for correction.
Even the celebrated IPO of chavda infra is in lower circuit. And the many good upcoming IPOs haven't been able to match the same subscription figures... look at digikore studios and saakshi medtech. Both are good IPO but subscription not upto the mark...serious investors should focus on 1 IPO and go full force rather than going and applying everywhere...
My expectation of 100+ listing proved to be totally incorrect.

So many IPOs are coming up and listing will not be in expected level unless its a very good company. So many more SME Ipos are lined up.. Apply with caution and dont blindly apply for any SME
Too much selling pressure in pre-open and clearly buy orders were removed to grab the stock at lower price. Anyways I exited at 75, booked a loss of approx. 20k Operator may take this one down even lower.
