The proposed Bharti Hexacom IPO is expected to be entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 10 crore shares by Goverment owned TCIL and Bharti Hexacom will not receive any proceeds as such. Prima facie, not any exciting scenario here in this IPO.. Let's wait for full details.
