🔹Le Travenues Technology Limited, which operates the travel booking platform ixigo, has received the final nod from SEBI for its initial public offering (IPO), the market watchdog notified on Wednesday.
🔹In February, IXIGO RE-FILED its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for an IPO as the firm proposed to raise Rs 120 crore worth of fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 66,677,674 equity shares.
🔹As per DRHP, Elevation Capital, Peak XV Partners and the company’s co-founders Aloke Bajpai and Rajnish Kumar will participate in the offer for sale.
🔹The company will use the funds for investments in technology as well as data science, including cloud and server hosting, technology on artificial intelligence and customer engagement.

If you have not edited the application then you should get just one mandate. Still take a close look at all the mandates, if they are identical then it must be some tech error, accept JUST ONE...

We have all seen the Exit polls on 1st June 2024 & surprisingly all major groups have given absolute majority to the ruling party. The day after exit polls the Stock market have given the thumbs to it and sensex gained almost 2000 points. All investors were enjoyed this rally. But most of the investors haven't taken this opportunity for booking the profit. The wise investors may have booked the super profit yesterday but their numbers may be too small. The big groups like Axis, Aaj tak, Chankaya may have done secret deals with any party and gave such types of exit polls & confused the small 🤏 investors and now result is here which is really painful for them. Here looser is the small investors only. The superb opportunity may have missed by them. How biased are the exit polls which misleads the innocent people. Big lesson for all of us, isn't it?

earlier markets were not responding to exit polls but this time it was different...

PM also promoted public sector companies in parliament an year back and the data is there for people to check if they made money or lost money.

If someone here is looking for every prediction of pollster or fund manager to be correct then I think they should go to a la la land or disney land.

We are in stock markets and we need to have to stomach to absorb such ups and downs. Rather blaming others, need to introspect if we really have our risk management in place and if our mindset really suits stock market business.

I won't be able to do bHNI(greater than 10L). The max I can do is sHNI(around 2L) or go with Retail.
Between sHNI and Retail, what would you recommend?😄

​@Jayesh Gaur It is your choice. If I were in your position, with that fund limitation, would have opted for retail (one lot only) but multiple applications as per accounts of family and friends maintained.

In SHNI, chances less but profit more..

Ultimately it is lottery..take your pick. With the market conditions as of now, i will also suggest retail with multiple Acs (family/friends) as Chhote lal bhau has suggested..

Practically a long term investor but by seeing today’s market have a doubt in holding for further. something is better than nothing.Please give your inputs.

​@TRK There is no room for 'if' and 'but' now as it will surely be coalition government. Keep aside all politics related repercussions, markets look for continuity and stability. Hopefully, the volatility will subside soon. India growth story is intact, there is no doubt about the same.

These exit polls and news channels would have made lots of money in this crash never trust these scamsters again. All of them are thieves. They would have shorted yesterday and made 1000s of crores. I have decided not to watch any news channel in my entire life because they all are fraud and cheater and thieves

So you are saying that only those who invested yesterday after the exit polls have made loss. Everyone made loss incluidng those who are investing since ages and developed a well good portfolio. No one is crying just sharing their views and opinion.

​@Lucky Mohit  @TRK Exit poll results perhaps were cheered by markets little more than it deserved and hence when actual situation turns out to be different than expected, fall in markets looks so sharp. But if you compare today's levels from closing of last Friday, actual fall is not that big. If you have been holding quality stocks in your portfolio with long term vision, there hardly is any deep correction. Infact, one should look for opportunities to add more to the portfolio.
Blaming media or putting onus on authorities like SEBI to investigate is futile.
Let's keep a keen watch without panicking.

Is it better to apply 1 lot in sNII or 2 lots in Retail?
As in which has a higher chance of getting allotment between the 2?

In oversubscribed issue, one lot will do. No point bidding more than one lot. In HNI, if lucky, will get Rs 2 L worth of shares whereas in retail it will be worth Rs 15 K. In lottery, luck should favour. Try if you can put bHNI application, you may have better chance, though it finally depends on oversubscription levels in each segment and that too as per number of applications.

yesterday market was making new high but i decided to play a gamble by buying put.
I bought a put of 20800 @₹8.15 and sold today @₹53.90..

Wtf😳in a normal and extraordinary situation the share price of top 50 sensex haven’t reached 15-20%Uc. But with slightly election results most of the comapnies hit nearly 10-15% LC and adani hits 20%LC. Yesterday no company have touched 15%uc but today 20% lc.

Bull comes from Stairs and Bear Go out From Window😅

Yesterday it was shorted by all the news channels and exit polls companies and bought by innocent retail investors that's y no uc. Today and tomorrow down again.
