@Gksb As per reports in media, Waaree Energies' IPO will be a mix of a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 3,000 crore and an OFS for 32 lakh shares of face value Rs 10 each. So called unconfirmed sources have given IPO price band figure of Rs 1200 to Rs 1400 for this issue of about Rs 3,500 Cr.
It is going to be mainboard IPO, though there is no clue about expected time schedule.
Let's keep a keen watch.

I am also invested/stuck in mufti..Till 04-apr-24, it gave lots of hope of recovering & coming near to IPO price. Currently at ATL price. No signs of recovery as such. One of the greatest failure in IPO, i guess.

That time sab positive tha and 2-3 financial analyst ka bhi opinion hold ka tha , I also found valuation good but next result kharab aaye so price also fallen.

Aise loss making every year minimum 1 to milte hi he investment journey regularly.

Mine also huge profit wiped out because of Credo.
Never invest major capital in one stock , always diversify the portfolio.

I invested some percentage of amount of my capital in Credo eventhough I have full conviction at that time because we never knows that it will eat our money so diversification always saves us.

From now , Try to invest in good quality IPO and stocks , hopefully you will recover your loss and earn more than that , it's possible in stock market All the best.👍

@Jonsnow Latest results of this company were slightly subdued (OPM % fell from 35 to 34) compared to previous quarters, but there is no change in fundamentals of the company. Those having conviction will hold based on own risk/reward appetite.

Say one IPO has share holder's / employee quota, I am having one share of the parent company. Now, I am eligible for applying in SH QUOTA; but besides sh quota can I apply in general category also for example rii, shni, bhni also? Further, are employee and sh quota same?
Pl clear the doubt. Sorry for my ignorance in this aspect.

Generally what happens is you either apply in RII + SH or RII + SHNI/BHNI. Employee is separate from both of these.

So, in essence you can apply in 3 categories :

SH + EMP + RII or
SH + EMP + SHNI/BHNI

@JOYS Sir, Employee and share holder categories are different. If you are an employee + also a share holder of parent company on given record date then you can apply 3 applications, one in Employee category, one in Shareholder category and one in retail or hni category, all 3 stands valid. If lucky you can get allotment for all 3 applications.

@JOYS It is generally one PAN and one application (retail or hni) and any additional application with same PAN will lead to multiple application and all such applications are liable to be rejected
However, there is provision that if additional application pertains to specific category like shareholder quota and employee quota, these will not be considered as multiple applications.

@JOYS But CG is not showing any employee or shareholder quota in the reserved portions for Kronox . Only QIB+HNI+Retail. This is a full OFS so I doubt there will be any emp/SH quota

In order apply for IPO, every time I have to visit branch and submit the physical form. Does any bank allow online ASBA for corporate accounts (i.e. private limited company and a partnership firm)?

@rom Elections or no elections, recommendations on shares can not be given by members. However, markets are already very choppy now and some stock specific action may be considered. Exit poll results will start from tomorrow and may give some clues. Probably on 3rd June, one may get opportunity to add some more of favourite stocks to the portfolio. PSU stocks, Defence related stocks and Banks are expected to be top flavours. In my view, remaining invested now will prove to be more rewarding!

@hitsur I too am not tracking these counters. Looking at Divgi charts, it is showing weakness. If one is holding from ipo, may consider exiting at whatever gains or else keep holding. Ideally, one should keep targets and stoploss if not invested for long-term.

One should not ignore factors like GMP, QIB response etc., however it is best to evaluate by self going through RHP, financials, peer comparison, reviews and own risk/reward appetite.
