Company has 50 employees on its payroll
Capacity utilization has reached 50% till Feb-23, for industry leaders, max capacity utilization is reported at 75%
Around Rs 11 cr YoY increase in inventory and receivables, higher than Rs 9 cr PBT. Appears profit and revenue growth have come from inventory build up and credit sales to customers
Capacity utilization has gone up 3.9x from 21-22 to 22-23 whereas manufacturing revenue has increased only 3.4x implying lower sales realization per tonne.
PBT margins have increased to 14.5% in 22-23 compared to 9% in previous year, despite lower sales realization per tonne
Similarly cost of material consumed has gone up from 64% to 85.5% and yet PBT margins have gone up.
Freight charges were nil in 21-22 and are Rs 102 lacs in 22-23. How did the company manage business in 21-22 without paying any freight and what has changed in business model?
On a net block of Rs 4 cr, company will have turnover of Rs 72 cr (annualized) for 22-23, which gives an unbelievable asset turn of 18. Disclosed peers, Usha Martin and Metal Coatings have asset turnover of less than 3.
IPO proceeds will be used majorly for repaying debts and new strapping line so it can be presumed that current working capital levels will continue in future.

the observation about asset turnover is incorrect at it does not include non PPE assets of the company

Is the maximum allowed HNI application size "total - Market maker" or "RII+HNI- market maker"?

@lokes, page 184 of RHP says maximum bid size is "Such number of Equity Shares in multiples of 2000 Equity Shares not Exceeding the size of the offer (excluding the QIB portion), subject to limits as applicable to the Bidder". At other places on the same page they have used the word "Net offer" but not for HNI max bid. Do you think it is an omission?

yes here they used "offer" not "net offer" , but previously it used to be net offer mainly like in innokiaz and other it can be seen....
so may be here they can apply including MM portion also....lets see...
