for 104x you need to apply 53 and hope no else bids 53 lots

can anyone here tell the formula for nearly assured allotment, like the amount of lots and applications and how much funds will it approximately require?

It will be lottery in retail and proportionate in HNI , you can club 4 5 HNI on same lots and divide allotment money...

First you need to accurately predict the HNI subscription.
Lets say, it gets subscribed 600 times, and if you apply 301 lots and pray no one else bids 301, then you will definitely get one lot.

Not a good scenario for allotment.
Retail heading towards 400× .
HNI for 1000× .

It was nice of you to have considered the public request and acted promptly to Unblock "KAPPO". This indeed was a welcome move by you.

I am sure you must be having a policy on blocking / unblocking a member whose posts, in your judgement, are objectionable.

However, if there is no such policy, you may please kindly consider this:-

On first such instance a member can be blocked for 3 days, with an indication (1) after the name has been struck off.
On second such instance, the member can be blocked for 6 days with a marking of (2) after the struck out name.

It often happens that a post which appears innocuous to a member is actually a post that is not welcomed by your team. Such public warning will serve its purpose in the member making amends and taking corrective steps.

Or you may formulate any other policy in this regard that your good self may deem fit.
