It is lottery at each lot level. Ratio becomes little favourable as lots size dramatically increases.

SEBI..........Share market ko barbad kar dega.

Pahle .......MAINLINE ipo se HNI portion ko draw base banaya, ki uska charm khatam ho gaya aur MAINLINE total barbaad ho gaya.

Ab SME mai QIB ko gusakar.........HNI ka portion saaf kar diya.

W/in 6 month this SME market will be VANISHED like MAINLINE, if no charm for HNI clients. As only those HNI clients create demand in the market.

There should be equal portion for QIB / HNI / RETAIL = all 33.33%

Most QIB who participate in SME IPO are FARZI investors running SHELL companies in MAURITIOUS / SINGAPORE.
INDIA mai govt ko sirf tax lagana ata hai aur profit ko block karna ata hai.

If every IPO will come with big QIB quota, soon SME IPO market will be dried up.

Aaj MAINLINE kyu flop ho raha hai ? Bcz QIB/RETAILER hi rah gaye hai. IPO ka charm bilkul khatam ho gaya hai, HNI ka koi interest hi nahi raha gaya.

Thoda bahut makkhan / malayi doge to hi bheed ayegi. Sara makkhan / malayee ko limited investor (QIB) ko fayda karne mai SEBI lag jayegi to log kya NUKSAN karne ke liye share kharidane ayenge ?

BSHNI mai 10 lakh ke application lagane se kya fayda..........jab har IPO 300~500 guna subscribe hoga. HNI small portion ki wajah se.

A) Aapne pahle Intraday margin ko 1/4 kar diya.
B) MAINLINE IPO mai HNI ko lottery base kar diya.
C) Ab SME IPO mai bhi company HNI ko bahut kam portion de rahi hai, kyunki
wo CHOTE SE IPO ko Maurtious/Singapore se funding karwa kar Manipulate
kar sake.
D) HNI ki funding bandh karwa di.

Aap karna kya chahte ho ? Apne sirf (D) wala point hi sahi kiya.........baki to apne market ko KABADA karne ka kaam kiya hai.

Aap market ka SHORT TERM ACTION kyu khatam karne mai lage ho ?

Vital and Labelkraft both had same moment. Both announced their result date and went up. So anyone can assume that either result is good and someone knows about the same and is buying up or pure speculation on result.

Labelkraft's bulk deals are also not that much significant.

Yes and today it is on lc with good volume....Is it worth holding for some more time?
