Is this SME IPO worth considering

Looks ok, as on now. Will have to watch last day subscription.

Can HNI withdraw their application as retailer can?

@MRavichandaran.. can no. of lots be increased in HNI Bids for both Mainline IPOs as well as SME IPOs ? Have you done in both type of IPOs.

@avenue: definitely it will be allowed in both sme and mainboard ipos....no difference there...i am able to see modify option for sme ipo application also ya but never did till now. Anyways Mravi can comment if he has done but i am sure it will be same in both.

HNI subscription more than 2x on very first day is abnormal.
I feel it is a trap for retailers.

@anari: its not about 2 lots only to become HNI, its about amount which is more than 2 lakh, and with more than 2 lakh amount, everyone will be in HNI in mainboard ipo''s also :)
so 2 lot in sme or 13 lot in mainboard ipo is just a number...

@Lokes I also meant 2 lots of SME i.e more than 2 lacs. I wrote 2 lots only as I was writing in SME issue comments and not having in mind the mainboard IPO.

HNI''s can be 20 times but retail 50 times is too much, max around 20-25 times i think (valid applications)....lets see...

When will the amount unblocked as nothing is mention here.. it took 8 days in D.k after closing .. if its goes d same way than money won''t b available for nykaa..

In DK, if its not good listing, we cant say it as bad listing also....5% is average listing, in sme ipo''s its fine....and soon it went to 44 means 10% gains which is fine....

In the absence of Main line IPO near future, lt will be subscribed heavily.

Fully subscribed in retail and more than 2 times in HNI on the very first day. Amazing. Lagta hai nai nai retailer log jaldi paisa kmane ke chakkar me jaldi karne lage hai.

Kab Share alotment honge.. Kab refund unblock hoga... Kab list hoga? Koi date nhi h... Kaise pta chalega? Koi Member batao...

it can be considered approx same as other ipo follows....simple.....since its almost same for all ipos....
approx....28th allotment, 29th refund, then 1st credit of shares and 2nd nov listing....can be deviated by 1 day around

whether applying thru SMC with UPI, if wee apply more than 1 lot, will it be accepted under NII. as there is only one drop down IND

what is smc?
if its allowing to apply for 2 lots via upi then it will be considered in hni category

You can decide based on all parameters where to apply or not.
You noticed why any company handled by LM Hem
Security is not going in LC post issue but it is regular features of companies handle by Beeline.

@dinesh : thanks, these discussions are helping us to gain knowledge and experience, I hope no one takes these personally.
I have seen LC in hem security sme IPOs also like in Venkatesh recently, initially I know it had upper circuits, the thing is sme IPOs are riskier and like this only and can move in UC / LC frequently. I understand that hem security is good LM and definitely much better than beeline and others and that''s why IPOs handled by hem also performs well usually.
And I understand that beeline is a bad LM and handles average/bad sme IPOs which usually performs bad after listing, still we can apply only sometimes where we know we can come out with some profit. Out of last 12 IPOs handled by beeline, only 3 listed on discount, 2 at par and remaining all between 2 to 9% gains.
Still I feel those who can''t take risk should avoid such IPOs always. I skipped nidan and suyog

From the present trend, it looks, it will be very heavily subscribed.

Response to this IPO will greatly depend on listing of DK. Same LM.

I have a different view for this IPO. I didn''t get time to read the RHP precisely but have gone through it. And what I can sense from this issue is its expensive and due to the trending renewable energy sector the LM have raised the valuation.
The ROCE it was offering for FY 21 was not at all comfortable. It has a contingent liability of 25 Lacs something. I think one needs to be cautious with this issue and think before applying. The Average acquisition price for the promoter is around 5-6 rs. While the company has posted good numbers for first 4 months and fy 21 also, the profit margin is too less.

Feel free to share your views.

I checked its website and my god it looked really good from the feel but actually it is shit. How can a company have spelling mistakes all over the website. This is really unprofessional. This has increased my doubts in the company''s functioning and efficiency of the business.

Why there is no Expected dates(like others, Listing Date, Allotment date, refund date, date of shares credit etc) showing in this IPO Page?
