They created a great digital database for ipo applicants and have added many people from all India. They run fake ST bhav with no relevance with GMP. Eg Mangalam HI Green Chavada Bad Practice to trap fellows

This year September has indeed gone crazy in primary markets!
Each time I visit CG, there are some 2-3 new issues in SME.

Prima facie, this one looks good, though expensive. But if we treat it as a poor cousin proxy for Mumbai real estate, then the rich valuations are a bit more acceptable.

I was thinking quite the same - a good RE proxy at lesser multiples!
