I am residing in Bangalore and have not heard of Kolte-Patil Developers. Can some one from Maharastra suggest how is the reputation of this developer. Whether we should go for it or not. Lot of infrastructure stocks have surfaced this year and I have already burnt my fingers with purvanakara so little cautious with infrastructure stocks.

Its a Low Cost , fundamentally stronger than Purvankara, Shobha & Akruti etc. Go for it. Enjoy investing with 50% gain at listing.

I also concern with Mr. madhav about real estate issue. Puravakara is also legging behing to its issued price i.e. 400/-
