Hey Ajay - don't lose heart. The GMP has come down because of the current market situation. It has got nothing to do with Kolte-Patil's IPO subscription levels (which is actually much better than expected). I'm pretty sure that GMP will be around 150 by the time this issue lists in the market.

Retail subscription is 16.5772 but this includes price bids to the extent of 1.039 and these bids get rejected and allotment will be for thise who apply at cutoff. Hence for all calcuk=lation purposes of arriving at allotment ratio the data cosidered will be bids at cutoff which will be 16.5772-1.039=15.3872.
Therefore subscription at cutoff is the important figure. All who have applied for 16 and 17 lots will get full allotment.

The entering of applications has fimnally come to an end at both Bse and Nse. The final subscription figures are

Overall 45.95
Retail at cutoff 15.54
Therefore 43 or 44 shares will be alloted to those who have applied maximum.
