Looking at what happened to Dhanus, I guess we should ask for refund in Kolte.

Dec 04 is the last date for withdrawal, alos allotment will be late may be Dec 15 because of the issue similar which we have seen in Dhanus technologies ipo.

This issue seems having issues, there is complaint raised againt this issue in SEBI, so Kolte patil given option for investors upto Dec 10 to withdraw applications (see times of india newspaper today)if they want, because of this issue premium may go down. Be careful guys.

it is in business line. it is not news. it is advertisement issued by management. if you want to whith draw you can withdraw by 4th december. you have to write your applicattion to BIG SHARE (REIGISTRAT.). HOWEVER I THINK IT IS NOT THE CASE OR WITHDRAWAL.

It is a common petition submitted by any person about all real estate ipos that sebi is not checking their correct fundamentals, not for only kolte patil so don't worry, carryon

The notice seems to be desaster for the ipo, same like dhanus, it will reduce fancy so better to take money back. if any dispute is entertained by SEBI means something wrong we have seen dhanush far below issue price, just after this preimium is just RS 70 seller only
