Public Notice to Investors by Kolte Patil Developers
There was public notice issued by Kolte Patil Developers (KPDL) in the Times of India newspaper dated 25th November, 2007. In the public notice, the company denies the SEBI allegation that the company has put false and untenable claims to SEBI for approving the issue of equity shares. The SEBI alleges the company that the company has put false claims with regard to one of the company's project whispering Meadows II in Bangalore. The notice alleges the company that Mr. C.V.L shastry is in absolute owner, in lawful possession and enjoyment of the property, where the foundation work for our Whispering Meadows II project is being undertaken and that the company has no rights of any nature over this property and the company has deliberately

can anyone tell me whether to withdraw my application or not...wat cld be the implication of the dispute...some ppl have pointed out that the land in dispute is very small...does anyone have a clear picture on the whole issue

Are bhai jis ko withdraw karni ho application wo withdraw karle. Aap jaise jitne log kam honge utne hi comany mujhe shares jyada degi. Jisko company ke bare me pata nahi wo sub log jaldi se withdraw karle. Jitne kam ho utna achha hi hai.

The dispute is minor, the land in question is very small. The issue will not be affected, look at the revised GMP.

stay invested in kolte-patil if you feel the valuations are ok. regarding the legal dispute kindly bear in mind that if you read the ipo forms most of the companies will be having some or other legal cases mentioned in the form. definitely the gravity of these matters is to be looked into before investing, but as of now for kolte patil I do not think the issue warrants applications withdrawal as of now.

Kolte Patil IPO Investors should remain invested

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has issued a public notice to the Investors on 25th November 2007 in response to a letter received from SEBI on 19th November 2007. The notice outlines the points raised by one Mr. C.V.L. Sastry and response of Kolte-Patil Developers. As required by SEBI. Kolte Patil Developers has also given an option to the investors to withdraw from the issue. Should they feel so.

As seen from the said notice, the main issue is the claims made by said C. V. L. Sastry against Kolte Patil Developers in respect of its Project Whispering Meadows II, being developed over 3 acres of land at Bangalore. Out of 35,000 sq. ft. of super built up area claimed, Kolte Patil Developers has handed over 20,560 sq. ft. of super built up area to NTI Society, through which Mr. Sastry is claiming his rights against Kolte Patil Developers, and remaining area would be handed over in its Whispering Meadows Phase II. As directed by Supreme Court, Kolte Patil Developers has also deposited Rs. 3.5 crores with the IDBI Bank.

Kolte Patil Developers is developing about 39.38 million sq.ft. of saleable area in its various projects in Pune and Bangalore. Out of the said area, the area in dispute is only 14,440 sq. ft. of super built up area.

Therefore, we are of the view that the dispute of 14,440 sq. ft. is insignificant compared to overall projects of 39.38 million sq. ft. being developed by Kolte Patil Developers and considering insignificant nature of the dispute, investors need not withdraw from the Issue.

Checked company's website. There is no mention of any SEBI clearing all disputes.

Sebi has cleared all the disputes, now there is no problem with the issue GMP has just now reached 168 Rs.Check the company website.
