Can anyone tell due to dispute the delay of allotment will be approximately how many days as we know the normal time for Mundra from close of issue to listing was approx 20 days will this be 30 days or even more can some one put light on this
Kolte Patil Developers have a dispute for 35,000 sq. ft. at Whispering Meadows Project. Of this, 20,560 sq. ft. already given while Rs.3.50 crores deposited with the court for 14,440 sq. ft. Hence, this is a minor dispute. We maintain our positive call on the IPO and advise investors to remain put with their applications in IPO.
Friends the only worry now about staying invested in this issue would be an apparent "not-so-good listing". There is nothing to be concerned about the stature of the Company. Yesterday, CFO of Kolte Patil confirmed on NDTV that no withdrawal has yet been made by HNIs/QIBs. That goes to tell the real story. But yes, listing gains would be limited.
Abt me: I have been in the market from last 20 years and never booked loss until now.
I haven't invested in any realty stock until now becoz of complete irrelevant evaluations. KOLPAT is the first realty shares that I invested in due to reasonable valuation. Also I am resident of pune.
Stay Invested, this is a very good stock. It will always trade above 200. Dont get trapped by rumors. Legal issues are part and parcel of realty business.
Expecting the Grey Market Premium of Kolte to go still more high.
Thing which might hurt the retail investors is the allotment may be less seeing the level of subscription. It may so happen that ( considering 17 times subscription), investors who had applied for Rs 1 lacs might get around 40 shares ( if its not on lottery basis ).
Please don't withdraw from Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd IPO. The investors will be getting good number of stocks due to timely rumor. Kolte-Patil Developers Limited IPO is going to list with 100% premium. "Whenever you Invest, invest with good faith on that company. You will get the benefit for it". Keep invested in this IPO... Don't repent on listing day by withdrawing now……
I will be really happy if others try to withdram from kolte as this will help me in getting alotted with more shares. As of today, the grey market premium is at around 190 to 195 . Considering the capital inflow during the december month, we can expect a good listing rate.

The advice from Smart investment given below will help people to take informed decision
"Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has issued a public notice to the Investors on 25th November 2007 in response to a letter received from SEBI on 19th November 2007. The notice outlines the points raised by one Mr. C.V.L. Sastry and response of Kolte-Patil Developers. As required by SEBI. Kolte Patil Developers has also given an option to the investors to withdraw from the issue. Should they feel so.
As seen from the said notice, the main issue is the claims made by said C. V. L. Sastry against Kolte Patil Developers in respect of its Project Whispering Meadows II, being developed over 3 acres of land at Bangalore. Out of 35,000 sq. ft. of super built up area claimed, Kolte Patil Developers has handed over 20,560 sq. ft. of super built up area to NTI Society, through which Mr. Sastry is claiming his rights against Kolte Patil Developers, and remaining area would be handed over in its Whispering Meadows Phase II. As directed by Supreme Court, Kolte Patil Developers has also deposited Rs. 3.5 crores with the IDBI Bank.
Kolte Patil Developers is developing about 39.38 million sq.ft. of saleable area in its various projects in Pune and Bangalore. Out of the said area, the area in dispute is only 14,440 sq. ft. of super built up area.
Therefore, we are of the view that the dispute of 14,440 sq. ft. is insignificant compared to overall projects of 39.38 million sq. ft. being developed by Kolte Patil Developers and considering insignificant nature of the dispute, investors need not withdraw from the Issue.
