421 SRS bhai, people who are saying that we have withdrawn our application and all that....we have withdrawn all 5-6 applications, are just trying to fool the other retail customers to withdraw so that they get better chance of allotment.
I mean if th person is so keen that he had put 5 applications in his/her whole khandan's name, would not be so fool that they don't understand the facts.
Its a very minor dispute
Also with the Maharashtra land sealing act been withdrawn, the company's performance stands to increase.
For proof we all have seen the run-up in all the reality players in last 2 trading sessions.

Whatever these guys like....416 vikas jain....387 Narayan.....396 ASHISH are saying.....they are just increasing their own chances of allotment

And ya 416 Vikas jain jee, plz boora mat maniyega....but if somebody has 1000 diamonds, and he looses one diamond and instead gets new coal mines to find new diamonds, then the 1 lost diamond doesn't pinch at all.
Here the lost diamond is banglore project.....but scrapping of land sealing act is coal mine.....
If you are so known to Bangalore property market.....then you mustn't forget that its a Pune based builder, and quite reputed one.
And these days, prices in Pune are as high as in Bangalore..

So...all the investors....plz take ur decision on ur personal gut feeling and not by reading the messages posted by others...

Where is the option on icicdirect to withdraw the application? I couldnt see any such option in icicidirect.

look here guys. sptulsian has advised to stay with the ipo and hindu business line report has pointed out that there is nothing wrong about ipo. then why we should withdraw. as rightly pointedout by some one in this forum in maharashtra urban land ceiling act has been repealed and this is a big positive for this stock. so stay with this ;ipo

The land under dispute is in banglore and you all are aware of land prices in banglore so what others are claiming that it is very small part must look in the value of that land. It will effect the valuations aspect.

i was here once again to guide all my fellow investors regarding kolte patil issue, according to me sentiments in this counter has badly affected and FII has started withdrawing their money from the issue, retailer willbe trapped once agin like Dhanus, please note that i am not saying that issue is overprized or bad but above everything in share market which runs only on sentiments and that has affected in this issue.

if you withdraw your money you will not be trapped but if you remain invested or alloted any share may or may not be you will end up like dhanus, investors kindly note these type of companies who appoints registrar like "Cameo" and Big Share handles only 3rd grade companies only. My repeated warning not to invest in any issue managed by "Cameo" fails to dampn the sprit of investor, latest victim is 'Empee Distaliries" whos issue is managed by the one and only Cameo and Big Share is also not far behind like Cameo. Investor please note

This IPO, though might not give very handsome returns, still after this black mark can give decent returns for sure.

With the Urban Land Ceiling and Regulation Act repealed in Maharashtra, all Land Developers are benefited and all real estate scrips are raising...and so will Kolte Patil whose strenth is in Maharashtra.

details on hni category is not showing,but surat,ahmedabad,vadora & mumbai hni invester are holding but,in delhi,kolkota,& sme small city like haryana invester are puling out of there money from kolte patil,cos of ther 10 crore to 25 crore will be stuck till 20th dec 2007,registrar told to hni invester that money will not be given till 20th dec to allocated invester & who witdraw their applicationmoney will be refunded after 4 days till last day means 4dec is last day of withdraw,so money will be refunded by 7 or 8 dec who witdraw

people who aplied in retail catergory are waiting but who apply 1 lakh are nervous & they are withdraw their application,in retail subcription is not decling but,we talk to comman sources(whr we we get the information)they are teling us that retail category will come down to 7 to 8 times
