Do not panic . It will list at premium . IT IS A DISPUTE OF ONLY 3.5 CRORES AND HNI AND FII HAS NOT WITHDRAWN . IF THEY WITHDRAW THAN THE ISSUE WILL BE UNDERSUBSCRIBED

Do Not Panic........this is stock market.......i hv applied for 7 full applications..........let 50% ppl withdraw money..........our allotment chances will be double & will get minimum 40 rs premium & 700 share-profit 28,000 .......not bad not risky
Really not able to decide ya. Whether to stay invested or take off the whole 98600 or stay invested partially. The last date is Dec 4. No idea of Grey Mkt Premium also
I have applied for ten applications and today I withdraw my all applications because I do not want to take risk.I think everybody should withdraw thier applications because it will list at discount prices.

This is fundamentally a strong company. A good land bank, presence in one of the indias most growing cities, good managment and reasonable price. There is no question of withdrowing application. I will buy more of it if it is listed around Rs.170.
see investors dont panic its a great company and it is going to list at a great premium i am too close to this company it wont hurt you in any way have faith in the promoters and expect a superb listing
I think efforts are going on by some vested interests to misguide investors withdraw so that they may get allotments. Genuine investors who want to earn can try their luck in this issue by not withdrawing. I am taking this issue as an experiment and not withdrawing three applications of my family members. Chances of loosing money appear to be 40% whereas getting good return 60%. So I am trying my luck.
I HAVE WITHDRAWL ALL MY 9 APPLICATIONS OF RS 98600.00 EACH, NOW I CAN SLEEP WITHOUT ANY TENSION. ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT, MAY BE IT IS A GOOD ISSUE BUT AFTER THIS PLOBLEM IT SHALL DEFINATELY LIST BELOW IT IPO PRICE, BEST OF LUCK TO ALL. THINK BEFORE DOING, YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY CAN GO, THERE ARE MANY NEW GOOD ISSUES COMING.
I want to apply in IPOs through proxy application which I have heard give some fixed premium. Can anybody tell me how can I apply in proxy? Where can I find investors who are looking for proxy applicants?
Friends, if you go through the text of the dispute it appears that Kolte Patil will win the case against Mr. Shastry hands down. The honble Supreme Court have not even ased the company to stop construction at Whispering Meadows. The deposit amount of Rs.4.00 crore is a normal thing that Court's these days insist in cases having financial implications.
Even when we compare it to the Dhanush issue, the fact remains that Dhanush got listed on 17/10/2007 against issue closure on 12/09/2007. So not much delay. The share went upto 372 against an issue price of 295 before ofcourse declining . Kolte Patil has much better fundamentals as compared to Dhanush.I dont see any reason to withdraw from the issue. At least I will stay invested.
Ashish and Tanushree are right.Generally if an investor has made 4-5 full applications,he will make partial withdrawal. Here everyone is making 100% withdrawal even though experts are advising to stay invested which is not believable.Pl do not try to misguide boarders.
