I haven't received my refund yet from Kolte Patil. Why is the delay?

I received the Kolte Patil ECS refund today.

735 Sangeetha the reason is that they have alloted shares at cut-off price of Rs 145 per share.

I have been alloted 15 shares of Mundra Port but still i have not recevied refund.Registrar Intime spectrum 's Phone & fax are always busy.I have tried 15 to 20 times a day daily.But in vain.I am sending daily one E-mail.Also send one courier. But no responce/acknoledge received.Any one would suggest me what to do?Please give Any mobile/telephone no of company official?should i go to SEBI.

I have not got any shares allocated inspite of applying for 400 shares @Rs.130 per share. what may be the reason ?

Well Got 40 shares out of 560 but no refund till date & final figure of sub. is in retail 15.37 & HNI 65.93 In gray market preimum shot up quating around 125-150 last night after reciving final figure of subcription ....retail allotment basis are given below
