Any premium on share or sub to?

I have applied seeing the comments but I still have one question:

Why would this co. that's having 26crs as Profit post tax last year want to raise just 49 crores this using equity route ?
( I read the objective of the issue but its very generic )

It's always generic! Why would they tie themselves down to restrictions .. also there are rains 50 cr against 100+ crore revenue... you sold look at revenue with assessing capital raised and not at profits

If one looks at the revenue to decide , then it further paints a rather sad picture. The narrative then is -
A co. having 100s of cr of revenue needs a measly 45 cr from equity ?
No this explanation doesnt feel logical at all.

Co. should at the very least look at the PAT to decide if it needs the extra funding by dissolving the Equity or can it do without it ?

Lot of decision making depends upon likely final subscription. Estimate will help in chossing between swaraaj and KN. So, let's guess final subscription. My guess for this one I. e. KN is 40-50× retail, and 120-150× NII. For Swaraaj 15-20× retail and 25-35× NII

If I m selecting NII category than it's showing "you are not eligible to apply under this category"

Why so?
Till now I have applied only in retail.

@KHS just apply under individual category. RII to be precise. Whether your application is counted as retail or HNI will depend on whether u are applying for shares worth less than 2 or more than 2 Lakhs.

I am new to SME IPOs. Till now I applied for some SME IPOs in retail category and one lot at a time. No luck till now. Planning to apply for more than one lot this time. Can I apply more than one lot under retail category? By the way I am using Zeroda. Please suggest me.

In retail category max is 2Lakhs, so only one lot. . For more than one lot, use your bank a/c ASBA

This SME ipo may break all records in terms of subscription till date... Already size is huge considering SME ipo but still going very strong... Hope whoever gets alloted will get gud returns.... 🤞

@Bijaya Rawl I heard that Zerodha don't allow application amount more than 2 Lac rupees. Does it allow more than 2 lac?

SBI ASBA allows to apply only up to 1 Crore.
Which other banks allow to apply more than 1 Crore through ASBA?
