For better growth invest in fd in bank no need to bear loss of 3%(150000 loss on 50L ) to put money on saving account. 5-6 good ipo in year and less chance of allotment in HNI if alloted one or two main board ipo your yearly profit will not go above 150000.

Don't be upset.. chances were minimal for 50 lots also..say 7-8% . U will get many good opportunities in near future. Too much depends on operators also..who knows, cool caps or swaraj will give more returns than kn agri in few sessions..

@reet: there were some chances with 50 lots, who knows the luck....one out of 15.
Anyways take lessons for future, apply from online bank asba yourself if possible before 3pm or if you applying offline via broker , then you should keep reminding him multiple times until he confirms applied, i mean you can't just trust someone else memory.
And if you meant 20 lot in Swaraj, then there anyways you would be getting 1 lot sure if he didn't forgot.

@lokes broker didnt apply for Sawaraj too..he has forgotten ...but sure to get Evoc remedies ..btw what time you apply becoz subscription data updates very late in chittorgarh site .and I keep my funds in savings account with Govt bank where rate of interest for savings is 3.25 .. broker was suggesting to open account with kotak etc where savings interest is nearly 6 percent ..is it good ?

@ Reet - Kotat Interest rate for saving account is 3.5% .

any bank which has good rate of interest 5-6 percent and good asba facility for HNI.Plz suggest

I am having Savings A/c with the ICICI BANK and CDSL Demat A/c with Zerodha. As the ICICI BANK has now stopped ASBA facility for CDSL Demat, I am in search of good bank which gives attractive interest rate and full ASBA facility for any Demat of any Stock Broker covering all IPOs (Both Main and SME) with last day cut off time of 3 pm for HNI applications. Let us find out good bank having all the parameters. To start with, I am furnishing my bank details.
1) My Bank: ICICI BANK
2) SB A/c interest Rate: 3% pa below Rs.50 lakhs. 3.5% pa above Rs.50 lakhs
3) ASBA: Limited ASBA facility with NSDL Demat only.
4) ASBA Amount: I am applying up to Rs.1 cr. I have not tried more than Rs.1 cr.
(This parameter is added as SBI is allowing up to Rs.1 cr. only)
5) Last day cut off time: 3 pm for HNI/Main/SME; 4.30 pm for Retail (Main only)
6) Linking FD together with Savings A/c for blocking/lien: No. Only SB A/c.
(This parameter is added as, I heard, INDUSIND & KOTAK are giving this facility. Mr.Bhav and Mr.c.dinesh may kindly note this point, try this to enhance their interest income and comment)
7) Coverage of IPOs: All main and SME IPOs

6) Linking FD together with Savings A/c for blocking/lien: No, i have asked this facility to my relationship manger but he was also confused that this kind of thing can we do?? ( please if you find any thing let me know also.)
7) Coverage of IPOs: All main and SME IPOs

Till now my experience with INdusind is great.

@Bhav. Thank you for your response. I have already shortlisted INDUSIND BANK, IDFC FIRST BANK and RBL BANK. Regarding FD linking with Savings A/c for IPO purpose, somebody in this Forum only posted and explained the modality also. I will find out and let you know.

@bhav I have Indusind bank AC with Linked type FD where i get 6% interest and i can use the funds for applying in IPOs.
I am also in the process of opening a bank ac in AU SFB as they provide better rates in savings ac and they have asba facility too. They have also tied up with Motilal Oswal for demat services where the brokerage is extremely low after the negotiation - approx 0.07% .
The main issue i have with Indusind is that I don't want to block funds because recently when the market dipped due to russia-ukraine crisis, I wanted to utilize the funds in the secondary market to get some quality stocks and i had to pay a hefty penalty of 1% of the interest amount for the total number of months i had received interest to break the FD.

@ MOG, please tell me what is this product name, linked FD ?, sweep in FD ??
as i asked my RM who was also confused with this type of product.

indusind bank looks winner savings interest 5 percent and asba till 3pm with no limit ...every bank will put 1 percent penalty if breaking ffd...idfc bank and rbl bank dont know interest rate

@Mog: Are you the same person who was earlier made postings in the name of MogPunisher? If so, the following is the modality of FD linking with Savings A/c for ASBA, as posted by you earlier in the name of MogPunisher. Am I right? “Basically, suppose you have 11 lakhs, book 10 lakh FD on which u get 6% monthly interest payout and balance 1 lakh in Savings account will earn 4% quarterly. You will be able to use whole 11 lakh for ipo application and there is sweep in sweep out facility so your FD won''t break”. This may be usufull to Mr.Bhav.

U may complain sebi and move to court. Broker will buy from market and give to u at ipo price

Listing close to 3x....in my opinion 210-220+

and in Swaraj forum, you mentioned approx 10% listing gain.

Applied 6 retail applications for KN, accepted ALL
Applied 6 in Swaraj, accepted ZERO UPI mandates for Swaraj, have time till Monday (21-Mar) 12 PM.

I have UPI mandates pending for both of these.
Does it make sense to accept Swaraj now or better to go FF with KN only?

I mentioned 10 % listing gain for 'Swaraj'. (no one will think such low for KN Agri)

Few days ago itself I said KN agri will list above 150. After seeing the subs and with market mood, my guess now, it could go easily 300.🤞

Swaraj is better as chances to get. but, if you want to gamble, go with KN 5 and 1 swaraj (i understand, you money for 6 lots retails only). However, if you have money, accept all 12.

Now further,
Having 6 pending UPI mandates for Swaraj and 1 more for KN.
Can accept 1-2 from these 7(6+1) mandates.

So was not sure.

With retail having 35% and total issue size of 50cr.. listing on 300 not looks possible on cards. My guess it will b around 185 - 220.
