In real estate, timely execution, target segment, project pipeline and brand are critical. Keystone has a track record of on-time execution, and more importantly, resolving stuck projects (they are actually known for taking over and turning around stuck projects). Their expertise and focus is redevelopment of old Mumbai buildings, which is well-known and understandable to anyone in Mumbai. Interesting trivia - MMR accounts for 35-40% of India's real estate by value (let that number sink in). Project pipeline is 34 million+ square feet over next few years. Brand is well-known and trusted. Hence for the long term, this seems a very sound real estate play.

My Expectation have completely failed on fusion ( still holding) so no more expectation for this IPO. Just apply one lot and hold for 1 year.

Will apply only if QIB sub is 10 times on last day last hour, otherwise will try to purchase on listing day. Hni or retail will depend on last hour sub figures. Listing gain appear minimal but look forward as long time investment (at least 6-12 months).

Good for long term. can't predict listing gain.

1. Result on the day of listing. (Same happened with dreamfolks.) (It's like stealing cloth when you are naked in river).
2.Operator manipulation.
3. Buyers are fearful of operators and keeping watch.
4. High QIB quota, those sold on first day and sold consistently on day 2 keeping the selling no of stocks at approx 2 laks...
I think selling is over at this level, one may buy at lower levels in one or 2 days (buy only for long, 1-2 years).

because people are not fool enough to buy at this high price post listing euphoria. Just think would you be a buyer at this price ?
