kisi share pe listing wale din 10% ki aur kisi pe 20% ki limit ka kya rule hai. Meri knowledge se to jo IPO 250 crore se oopar ka hota hai uski limit 20% hoti hai aur jo 250 crore se kam ka hota hai to T2T mein listing aur 5% ki limit hoti hai. RUSTOMJI to 250 crore se oopar ka tha to 10% ki limit kyu hui?

10% circuit limit may be due to low liquidity of shares as promoter holding is already about 88%. share price can be easily rigged/manipulated with 20% circuit limit.

Hunch : This IPO will give decent listing gain , and will remain bouyent , as Puranik Builders IPO , from the same space , is immediately following . To make Puranic sale through, they have to keep Keystone positive , at least till closing of Puranic.

2) Sellers are holding it due to big names.

Listing willl be positive but not high.

Lot of this data is in public domain (e.g PAN), SEBI should instruct companies not to disclose data of Majority SH.
BMS has not put their PAN on this picture but the information is correct

Individuals can not apply in QIB. They have applied in BHNI category. After giving allotment of 2 lakh to every one then rest of issue is decided on pro rata basis of old time

In simple words Ashish Sir and Mukul Sir have applied for 10cr Rs. of shares but allotted for 3.2cr Rs. of shares, so possible they might infuse remaining 6.8cr in preopen or after listing... but they are long term investor, so sudden spike may not possible

Aage aage deko hota hai kya.. Rustomjee no dikro Boman bahu aagal jase.....

Dont sell it before 3-4 Days as its bought by Ashish Kacholiya and Mukesh Agarwal so now big investor will buy in huge quantity. Already anchor investor of Abu dhabi Monsoon investment (15% stake) and Morgan Stanley (15% stake) had total of 30% Stake in it....

Just finished reading the whole report.
It's indicating the price can head towards 1020-1050 in 4-5 days

They are highly bullish on Keystone and expecting listing to be Rs. 600 +/- 5

So don't sale it guys, expecting bumper buying in HNI's and Institute's on listing day.

Sir Aashish Kachola also got Allotment in Keystone. Further buying can happen by such evergreen persons

So hold it like your ass!!!

as i have seen their past bulk deal, they are long term investors, so in short term the price may not go as we think, see the chart of data pattern it almost flat for few months after good listing and then after result it run up.... just my view
