I will avoid. Not that much fancy. Real estate market is also cold at the moment. Less premium and may be discount listing.

MacroTech Developers (LODHA) Subscription (times): QIB -> 3.05 NII -> 1.44 Retail -> 0.40 Employee -> 0.17 Total -> 1.36 With no fancy GMP, after listing went up to 3 times the issue price at one stage. Currently it is trading at 2 times its issue price.
Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee): Though small in size compared to Lodha, will it going to repeat the same ??

Taking Lodha's price, estimation for price fixation of Keystone jumped as average of Real estate industries become higher.
Lodha stock went below ipo price first, consolidated and then increased so if you are capable of handling 5 to10% discount after listing then apply for sure .
Currently, Real Estate (rustomjee) and Financial Services esp Banks/Loan companies (fusion, 5 star, etc) are under pressure in 2022 just as Travel companies (easemytrip) and Hotel companies were under pressure in 2020..
But things change and once the tide turns, these will shine... Fusion has 40% CAGR from 2020 to 2022 and Rustomjee has some of the finest projects in Mumbai and is in the league of Oberoi, Lodha, etc.
They had their board meeting last evening to release their quarterly/HY results. But have only uploaded on BSE their board resolution. The results are nowhere to be found. What can be done... How to find out the results?
