Hi, sorry for my negligence but I used to thin that SHNI applications are alloted proportionately. I applied for 30 lots (hence SHNI category) and the issue was subscribed 17 times, so I was hopeful to get at least 1 lot. But nothing has been alloted and my lien has been released. Is it on a lottery basis like retail?

All lottery now. Retail, sHNI or bHNI....
In retail, assuming in an oversubscribed issue, u will get 1 lot, while in both sHNI and bHNI you will get 14 lots.....
Only if in bHNI issue is oversubscribed by amount and not by no of applications, then all applicants will be first allotted 14 lots each and the remaining shares will be allotted proportionately based on the size of application.

Understood, and thanks a lot. But this process has made the scamming more lucrative. No wonder if RTAs increase malpractices in allocation process. Directly getting 14 lots instead of 1 lot is definitely a breeding ground for more misdeeds.

Got 1/4 lot, in the single retail account.

1/5 in Retail and 1/1 in bHni

Dear All. first thanks to God got 2 allotment in Retail Category But Out 15 application here many of my Friends Got 2/4 etc ratio. what should i say on Luck thanks for all my Colleague Like IPO Guru

Ek to ye linkintime wale fraud hai upper se bank wale aaj kal application submit nahi kar rhe hai . Bank of India ka application not found dikha rha hai.

0/6 ....No allotment...full farziwada.. #chorlinkintime

Got Message Amount Debit instruction to Bank for 205450 for part allotment and unblock for remaining amount. So after a long time got 350 shares allotted in KTIL

Applied through SBI ASBA, amount has been debited from account but at the same time received "hold has been removed" message and mail so is it allotted or not? can someone help to understand this?

Pls do check using this url. I did so to find the allotment to have taken place, but the amount, sms and email are yet to be received in my respective communication accounts.

We applied 17 SHNI and 1 BHNI application from all different accounts but 0 allotment in Kaynes IPO.

Or should I say, better one than nothing.

I am almost so sure of not getting the allotment that now I am not looing into my bank account or Linkintime site. 🙂 Tomorrow (or a day later), I will get the e-mail about non-allotment.

I was also damn sure. But to my surprise got allotment to the same in which I got allotted Archean!

That's not how this work. For every application your chance was 1/4 not 8÷4=2. Regardless you are unlucky. Most of the people got allotment in retail. Better luck next time 👍
