FIrst time I applied through Kotak ASBA .....New account both bank and demat acc in kotak...1 retail application. I almost forgot about it.
No debit message, no unblocking message, no allotment message from Kotak.
Got to know that it got allotted only through linkintime message received short while back....and I find acc has been debited also when i logged in. Is this the way kotak normally works? You have to log in everytime to check application and or debit/unblock status?
If Kotak acc holders may plz shed some info here....Thx

Hi all seniors
i applied through indian bank ASBA,while checking it is showing no record found,i had received hold sms with application number,also i have been alloted many ipos in past using same bank ASBA,what could be wrong this time and can i complain regarding this,kindly suggest....

Here is twist in this game.
Around 4.30 pm allotment came.
Sbi send me hold removed,,,
And many times I seene hold removed means not alloted and amount should be in main account. And I thought hold removed means not alloted..

But when I seen allotment it's alloted on linkintime,
Then immediately checked bank account it was already debited...
I was out but it's no ball...
And I alloted.
Sbi 3rd party allotd.
Result

It' same happened with my friends he received hold removed message around 10 pm yesterday, but when I checked his application he also got alloted....

I request all people who applied from sbi plzz check your bank account also and allotment status on linkintime..

Debit only happens after removal of lien. In case of ipo allotment its almost simultaneous. And many cases bank also notifies the customer that the hold has been removed.

This is very strange. But anything can happen now a days.

Got 3/4 from ASBA after a long time. Feeling lucky.

on linkintime it shows "application bided but amount not blocked"
But amount already debited from account. What to do

Contact linkintime

Not possible to contact linkintime before Monday
Now i received a mail from linkintime 👇
"Please note that your application was bidded but not banked for marking a lien on your Bank Account / Amount not blocked. For any further query, you may contact the intermediary with whom your application was lodged."

Plz hepl guys dnt know what to do

I alloted shares but my bank releases the unblock amount

Yes it happened with me. In my case the share was listed too, after 2 days of listing they debited from my bank. And if you dont keep that much balance it will show negative balance

I alloted 25 share but amount not deducted.
