@CASuraj Surprised to read your views that so many who had never heard of SME IPOs few months back, (and even now).
This may be correct in view of general public, but not for the investors of Share Market. Figures of last five years SMEs are as under :
2023. 182
2022. 109
2021. 59
2020. 27
2029. 51 + 3 withdrawn.
More SMEs are highly oversubscribed.
For listing gain investors are very much interested in SMEs. Need to take proper care before applying. For long term, small investors to be very careful and better to avoid.
SMEs are the game for companies and big investors. Who want to earn in very short period they may have to face losses also.
As far as the lot size is concerned, only SEBI, the competent authority can decide. They have the valid reason/thought for this. We are thinking on the individual basis. If the lot size is reduced with the amount below one lakhs, our big HNI members will also not like. Members want to increase bHNI and sHNI quota in Main line IPOs.
Investors need to invest more and earn more profit. Not easy to change system.
All above my point of view and not against the views of any member. So no argument.
