0/5 retail, Not allotment in SME

I am applying HNI BIDS in IPOs(MAINBOARD + SME) from my KID's minor account via KOTAK Asba but the thing I have not been allotted anything in SME IPO's till date while getting allotments in MAIN BOARD ipos from time to time. Does anyone have similar experience?

In my views, allotment in SME IPO is very tough. For better chance of allotment
1. In case of main line IPO either go for one lot in retail or application of SHNI/ BHNI should be 3/4 lots above minimum requirement.
2. In case of SME IPO, preferably one should apply as retail or apply with very high amount preferably applying in 10/20/30/40/50 lac or soon as per avability of fund's.

​@Smithkline It all matters on luck. I am applying in sme since around 4 years in all block buster ipos but never got any. I bet only 1 retail. Only in Kaushalya I went for 5 lots for 1st time and went blank again. Just keep trying. One good sme allotment may fetch returns of all mainboard ipos in one go.

Skyline also did not allow to touch the Sky with great pleasure of allotment, 0/3 in retail. My fortune will wait for next time.

Hearty congratulations to all the allottees. I can understand the feeling’s of the allottees who wish to enhance their joy by sharing their happiness with all. I also understand the feelings of the non allottees who desires to reduce their grief by sharing their dissatisfaction to console themselves. Let us be courteous n kind to bear with. Could Nyone guide how to sell shares on listing. Is it same as normal mainline ipo and u can sell different amount or I will have to sell whole lot of 1600

But kya hum us FD ko OD Lekar add kar sakte hai?

Example:-

Like I have 10L and I made FD Of 10L and linked FD than I take OD against FD (offers like 90%of FD)
So can I use 19L at a one time??
Any one clear about it?
