Apply through UPI in craftsman but give approval to it only if u find that subscription numbers are good. If you have given approval then it is obvious that u cannot apply in other 2 IPO but If u have not then apply for Kalyan and follow the same process.
In UPI, mandate can be approved by 12PM of next working day of IPO close day.
They have suffered huge loss in middle East. Remember PC jeweller how they have destroyed investor money. Don''t make a mistake of apply and getting your wealth destroyed in such companies.
If they don''t bring this IPO I think this company will shut IPO FUNDS ARE COLLECTED TO SAVE COMPANY FROM BANKRUPTCY AND RETAILERS HAVE FILLED THIS IPO TO MAKE COMPANY NOT GO BANKRUPT SAME WITH CRAFTSMAN ALSO EXIT BOTH KALYAN AND CRAFTSMAN IF U HAVE APPLIED AND OTHERS DO NOT APPLY
The recent issue of equity: The company allotted 9.8 cr equity shares to Highdell Investment Ltd at a price of Rs 50.58 on March 4, 2021. Given this price, the company''s asking price of Rs 87 for the IPO, which represents a premium of 72 per cent, seems quite high. Same case like ABCAPITAL Best of luck to all 😀

Gems and Jewellery sector is very risky...Should do one''s analysis properly before investing, GMP is also not huge to give a cushion of applying blindly.
---- Valuations with Assumptions---- DCF Valuation - Rs.21 EPS growth valuation(w/o Margin of Safety) - Rs.62
---- Reason for Listing ---- - Fund the Working Capital requirements => Rs.600Cr to be used - Corporate purposes => not more than Rs.200Cr
---- Market Info ---- - Indian jewelry market has expected growth rate of 22% in the next 4 yrs - Kalyan has a 1.8% share of Indian Jewellery Marker while Titan has 3.9% - Kalyan has 5.9% of the Organized jewelry market while Titan has 12.5% - Demand of 40% from South, 25% from West, 20% from North and 15% from East of India
---- Business ---- - Since 1993, A Jewellery company design, manufacture and sell Gold, Studded & other jewellery - Manufacture Jewels with help of Artisans from all over India who are contractors - In Middle-East, plants are used to manufacture. Only 4-16% of the plant is utilized to manufacture - has 107 showrooms in India and 30 showrooms in Middle-East. 60 new showrooms in the last 6yrs - Also sell jewelry online - Has ''My Kalyan'' customer centre to increase customer and opt for schemes - has plans to increase the Studded jewellery - Uses Futures and Options in Indian Commodities Exchange to hedge Gold price fluctuation
---- Comments ---- - Promoter have 45yr of experience in Retail, out of which, 25yrs is with jewelry - 80% of revenue is from India and the rest is from Middle-East - Jewellery type based on Revenue => Gold - 75% => Studded - 23% => Other - 2% - 20% of revenue is obtained from the ''My Kalyan'' customer center - 26% of revenue is from the purchase Advance scheme(where the money is paid in installments) - 30% of revenue is from exchanging old purchases - 0.5% of revenue is from Online sales - South India contributed to 45% of revenue - 2% of expense is coz of marketing - Outstanding Borrowings of Rs.3667Cr is a worry - Titan has better numbers than Kalyan in EPS, ROE

Some listing gain possible, but better to buy from secondary market after listed, good portfolio stock
I expect a weak listing, perhaps even less than the issue price, given that the investors'' euphoria are way less. Cannot discount that the Company made losses in the current year and in FY 2018-19. I think the share prices may plummet post listing at least in the immediate term. But still this brand is of good repute and their assets are solid..so for any long-term investors would it not be better to buy these shares later at less prices, post listing ?
IPO veterans, whats your thoughts pls..

You tell how many issue you have purchased post IPO listing at discount? IPO investor loves crowd (oversubscription) as they feel when so many are applying then they must be knowing some thing Easy to buy at constant fixed price (mentally)
IPO are like sales. They sell as they sell at same fixed price to everyone
GMP is too low , low issue price and a decent brand image doesn''t translate into good listing gains , will decide on the last day at 2.30 after looking at the subscription data by QIB and NII
I am applying in all 6 ipo''''s. This is my view of the same.
Anupam (old company, good capex during last 3 years, industry growth expected, chances of allotment 1:10, listing gain ~25%) Laxmi (old company, monopoly in 1 product and market leader in many products, industry growth expected, chances of allotment 1:20, listing gain ~70%) Craftsman (old company, almost all auto companies are its clients, next 5 years better for industry compared to last 5 years, EV will take time especially in India, chances of allotment 1:3, listing gain ~10%) Kalyan Jewellers (famous company in jewellery business, lower prices of gold will attract more people since no one wants to buy gold at 50k, people save more hence investment in gold is natural, chances of allotment 1:5, listing gain ~15%) Nazara (first mover fancy, gaming company, current trend seems extremely positive for online gaming companies considering covid abundance of cheap data thanks to jio, chances of allotment 1:50+, listing gain ~60%) Suryoday SFB (all SFB''''s have done good starting with AU, Equitas, Ujjivan, chances of allotment 1:5, listing gain ~10%)
Govt of singapore and monetary authority of singapore took more than 1/3rd of the anchor placement. Also hdfc life has taken around rs 10 cr shares.
Initially, I was thinking of skipping this ipo but after seeing the anchor placement list, I Will apply in kalyan too. At least listing will give some gain and chance of allotment is the highest among all 6 ipo.
Finally I will apply in all 6 ipos from all my 6 demat account for 1 lot. Why keep money idle in savings account
No I don''t apply in hni category. I am a beginner and learning things. When I will have plenty confidence and money, I will apply in hni category. I am in my early 30s and apply from my limited soure of extra money.
