If amount not credited in your primary bank account then check the ledger balance of your broker where your demat exist definitely amount must have been credited on 4th itself .

is it problematic to beneficiary account holder for income tax ?

What should be the strategy for someone with only 10 Lac capital to maximise their chances of allotment?

@Aman Ipo You are keeping 1cr to make like 1 lakh? May i ask why when you can literally get much more return on this amount elsewhere?

1 lakh on 1 crore is 1% return in about a week. Plus you continue to get 7% p.a interest on savings account (as I use Au bank). I don't know any other source from where I can get better return than this. If you know you can suggest, I will surely consider it if it is beneficial for me.

When people apply using 3rd party accounts, then how are the tax implications? Since money will be debited from one PAN and stocks are credited to some other PAN?

Two SMEs and Main line at a time. All are coming with fresh equity, a good thing.
1. KAKA with smallest of 21.23 cr. Financial of 2023 is very different in comparison to 2022. Borrowings up about 50%%, Assets up about 45%, PAT also up about 40%. Figures of concern.
2. DRONE 44.20 cr in size. Financials increased in such a manner, what to say. DRONE positive factor.
3. UTKARSH, IPO of 500 cr. In size. PAT for 2023 abnormal only. 10% for retailers.
All these to subscribe heavily according to issue size. DRONE the most.
GMP of both the SMEs as per CG can say neck to neck. Utkarsh not bad in GMP. Allotment to LUCKY ones only. For cash rich members, no problem. Unblocked funds will also be available in bulk. For small and medium investors my preference :
UTKARSH, KAKA and DRONE, respectively.
For cash rich they know better than me. Even all know better than me for subscription.

Current borrowings proposed to be repaid carry interest rate of 7.40% and 9.75%. Shows management confidence in handling future funding requirements and reducing finance cost.
Debtors due over 1 year are Rs 50 lacs, however trending down compared to previous year. Seems company has done a clean up as there is bad debt write off of Rs 49 lacs and provision for bad debt write off of Rs 34 lacs in other expense.
Increase in other expenses due to increase in power & fuel, advertising, bad debt w/off, provision for bad debt write off, marketing expense, transportation expense
Clean balance sheet, decent earnings, good cash flow, excellent LM, focused promoter with clear business plan, only sore point is low allotment chance

Following are few takeways from concall:
1. Out of total revenues Gujarat is highest contributor while Maharastra, Karnataka and Telangana have started contributing in last few years.
2. Major product is PVC profile (60% of total revenues). PVC profile is low margin segment compared to other products
3.Didn't get much clarity on the costing difference between Indian and Chinese PVC products
4. Current capacity is 20000 MTPA which will increase to 30-35000 MTPA after new plant comes. New plant to be operational partly by Q1FY24 and it will replace some old capacity with machines with low manual intervention
5. Capacity utilisation of products is low (around 60%) as the company needs to makes product into different sizes and varieties
6. Co is adding more depots and creating more awareness outside Gujarat as PVC furniture is 30-40% cheaper than wood furniture. They provide free 15 day training to labour so that the awareness increases
7. After debt repayment of 7.5 cr from IPO proceeds it looks like long term debt of 15 cr will remain against Networth of 40 cr.
8. Rajeshbhai (Managing Director) is the main force behind the company as couldn't get much information on experienced people in management

nicely collected.
Looks like they have ample opportunity available in India. Looking great for investment.
