Despite Mr DD giving AVOID rating and stated that this Issue is greedily priced, many are subscribing because of GMP lure. I am avoiding but will watch its post listing performance for academic interest.

BTW > How is PE 7.74? is it prorated?
Even if you use bumped profit of 103 lakh and post issue capital of 27.2 lakh shares, EPS post issue should be < 4 and PE 20.

Davdaji already mentioned as 21 in his review.

Old Tactics _ Some people are somewhat creating a panic in the name of awareness (be aware) / caution / warning / bad IPOs .. etc [So that some weak hearted ❤️ people don't apply and subscription figure get somewhat lower and it makes allotment somewhat sure .. ✌️

ROFL. Everyone is running behind money and no one will heed to such cries as caution or bad ipo. How many will stop applying in an Ipo if someone says bad ipo if returns are through the roof. Maybe 10 people in 200x sub. Those too will apply at the last hour on FOMO. Your message clearly shows what people are after and what you are after. LOL!

Deadly combination of super star LM, small issue, FOMO in investors
Poor cash flow for 21-22, stretched vendor payments in 22-23, YoY increasing debtors and inventory, near stagnant capacity utilization @ 49%, sudden drop in material cost as % to sales, high Debt to EBITDA ratio etc will be ignored for listing gain.
Material cost which was 80~81% of sales suddenly dropped to 74% of sales in 22-23 even when crude prices have remained at high level
Debt to EBITDA based on 22-23 financials works out to 3.7 times
For the last 2 years company is paying interest on late payment of GST and interest on late payment of TCS. Is it a sign of cash crunch or poor compliance or something else?
While sales has jumped by 45 % from 20-21 to 22-23, labour cost has reduced by 10%.
Borrowings of the company carry interest rate of 8.25% to 10.60%. Related parties have provided unsecured interest free loan of Rs 137 lacs to the company
Based on working capital projections, company is targeting revenue of Rs 35 cr in 23-24
Will be a block / unblock game except for a few lucky investors

So many IPO running in parallel..still all getting heavily subscribed..full ipo crazee !!

It's too costly. I will avoid.
