Now you can very well understand what is Grey market. There is no official platform or any website for doing asuch transaction. Make efforts to find out at your own whether any broker is doing such activities. Nobody is going to share such information on this Forum.

Q. I see that as per Register site I have got allotment, but the funds are still not debited?
A. Don't worry, it is duty of bank to debit fund from your account. Just keep the balance available in your account and enjoy the interest until funds are debited. This will have no impact on your allotment.

Q. I see that as per Register site I have not got allotment but the funds are still not unblocked.?
A. Funds will be unblocked before the IPO listing day. If funds are still blocked even on listing day or after listing day, please send mail to registar and bank with all details.

Q. Can we apply multiple applications in different category with same PAN number?
A. No, multiple applications with same PAN will be considered as duplicate and will be rejected.
One PAN One Application.

Q. What are allotment chances in SME IPO? How can we get a confirm allotment in SME IPO?
A. In SME IPO, if the IPO is oversubscribed then allotment chances are more when you apply with more lots.
Eg. Allotment chances are more for 15 lot application as compared to 10 lot applications.
Allotment chances are more for 20 lot application as compared to 25 lot applications.

FOR confirm allotment apply with X+1 lots where X is equal to final subscription in HNI category (assuming retail subscription is less than HNI subscription)

Q. What are allotment chances in Mainboard IPO? How can we get a confirm allotment in Mainboard IPO?
A. Allotment in Mainboard is always on lottery bases for Retail and HNI category if the IPO is oversubscribed. Hence allotment chances remains same if you apply with -1 lot or 10 lots in Retail,
-15 lots or 20 lots in SHNI
- 71 lots or 100 lots in BHNI

Always apply with minimum lots in these categories for Mainboard IPO.

There is no confirm allotment in Retail, SHNI and BHNI category of an oversubscribed Mainboard IPO.

Q. I have applied in BHNI category (above 10 lacs), but have allotted less lots.
A. In an IPO which is subscribed by more than 5 times in BHNI category. If you apply in BHNI category and get allotment then you will receive minimum 2 lacs worth as per rule. So nothing is wrong in this.

Q. I have got allotment, but the share are not visible/credited in my account.
A. Share will be credited in demat account on T+2 (working days) and they will reflect by 9 am on listing day in trading account.

Q. I have applied for the IPO, but my application is not visible at Registar site
A. The Bank or Trading app through which application was submitted has further not submitted your application to the exchange (BSE/NSE). In such cases Banks are liable to give compensation based on subscription and listing gain. Please raise a complaint with the bank.

Applied all mainboard ipo but no allotment after tatatech ipo 1 retail may be blacklisted.

I got Innova Captab 1 retail after 17 continuous zero allotments. And I still think I was lucky. In this mad rush where rarely any IPO gets subscribed less than 20x in retail, 1/17 was certainly better than 1/20.

How many applications did you apply with? For me it's so far 1 only for every IPO.

Stage all set to move to 22 K ( not gold ) by next week ....IT flaring up ADRs moving up, US bond down Oil down USD index stable Dow/ Nasdeq stable ....all ingredients added for flavour to make it reach 22k .
Allottees of Jyoti get prepared for handsome listing for sure as PSU ( defense) is shining and so should this share

It would be great if you consider adding the table or box like a meter on the right side of every page displaying the statistics like :
1.No of new members joined/added in a month.-This would track on the flooding of no of new members into the forum.
2.Highest spammed person-so that every one will have a look and avoid his/her messages in all the pages and wont reply unnecessarily to his comments.
3. Active participation of new members-By calculating no of messages of new members out of I.e divided by total messages posted by all members--This would have an idea/suspicious about new members or messages commenting again and again positives about the new IPOs-This would reduce paid promotion by the companies/intermediaries etc so that one would be careful about them.

I hope you would consider this request as this would bring more transparency and added vigilance to this esteemed forum.

I think displaying basic statistics somewhere on pages should be no problem, but I see a little problem with point #2 -

Publicly displaying spam count with one (highest) or all individuals may be easily misused to take out personal gripes. These kind of things (usually related to direct or indirect 'perks' associated with likes) are quite often discussed and questioned on different forums.

Though statistically low probability, yet surprisingly Allotted 2 out of 4 Retail applications.
