The team has openly overlooked the evil deeds of Crazy xyz/Mukesh Elon Adaani. Sorry to say but now the Chittorgarh comments section has lost its sanctity and surprised to see that there is not even an intent on the admin's side to control this.

I remember the admin once stating that they want more visitors to Chittorgarh Forum. They can only dream of it and after seeing the nonchalant attitude of the admins, I'm sure of it being a distant dream with least possibility of execution.

Although the admins have been doing great work in running this site for all of us, personal provoking comments from any miscreant shall not be tolerated by anyone.

Atleast for this reason, step up and take some action to stop miscreants entering.

A personal suggestion would be to do sufficient background checks before permitting anyone as a new member and disabling the id of existing miscreant members.

Hope all the members will agree with this suggestion of mine.

I remember admin giving requested features right away on requesting, that is not the case anymore.
if can't do moderating all comments yourself , I request make moderators out of members who can contribute, just like what happens in YouTube livestream.

It's in a Tepid range and in big resistance zone

Let it go beyond 520-530 levels with volumes then can enter for a positional target of
585/650/800

In my terms Operators are bullish on EMS Ltd they are solid active in this stock because very high movement noticing since a month regular upper circuits with no rumors

Doubtful company not sure on applying

Does seem overpriced. This issue will wipe off debt and if all that translates into profit then it would yield an EPS of around 4. Even then it would be a PE of about 80. Can't make any sense around it

Overpriced ipo retailers ka katane aaye he greedy promotor.3-4 years ka forward earning mang rahe he promotor. Pkh venture jesa haal hona chahiye is ipo ka but bull market he pesa bhi bhara pada he logo ke paas agar ye subscribe ho gya to aage bhi ipo high valuation pe aayenge.

This month is again with many IPOs in line . One already declared dates and 4 expected as under :

1. Jyoti CNC Automation size 1,000 crores
2. Medi Assist Healthcare OFS 2.8 crore shares

3. Mukka Proteins fresh 8 crore shares
4. SPC Life Sciences fresh 300 crs and OFS 89.39 lakh shares.
5. Allied Blenders size 2,000 crores
Total 5 as on today.

Let's hope to get at least 30% allotment and avg 50-60% profit in that.

Companies in niche/futuristic business moves from expensive to super-expensive valuations and difficult to catch at reasonable valuations. Jyoti CNC appears to be one such company irrespective of its balance sheet so far.

Balance sheet so far (not to worry):
PE @ 430 (over the roof), Market Cap @ 7527 (expensive), Debt/Equity @ 10 (over the roof) ... all negatives only

However positives are (Solid):
- Entire 1000cr fresh issue - Debt going to be wiped out from balance sheet and translates into bottomline profits in coming results.
- Very good order book of 3143cr (compared to its annual revenue of 1000cr). Among the order book Rs 260cr is from EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services)
- Serving clients from Aerospace, Defense, Automobile....etc.
- its subsidiary company 'Huron' France is its biggest positive.
- and so on......

Since Retail is only 10% getting allotment is very difficult.

It seems, after Tata Tech, Inox India this is going to be the much sought after company.

IMO - GMP only going to move higher
